Guys in the shop were helpful to my wife and tested the battery out in the vac prior to leaving the store. After a week of consistent use, the charged battery lasts as long as the factory battery did until the factory battery went out.

They stated I could leave the phone and would be called when it is ready. Employees showed no concern for my request. I made appt at another store and was given proper service in only an hour. This store is not helpful.

On the 3rd ride, one of the batteries + side exploded from the inside, the nut and bolt still attached to my cable. Now this is a non lifted stock cart, that we drove less than 7 miles on the road. I called today 8/26/2025 well within the warranty to get it exchanged, and was told after sending in pictures, and my date of purchase, that it was not covered. And told me it exploded due to my cable could of been loose. How could it have been loose my cable was still attached to the lug that blow off. I know its only a $119.00 to get a replacement, but its under the warranty. I would not buy a battery here. Just my 2 cent. I am replacing all with trojan Batteries just cant trust then.

I then took it to O'Reilly's. He tested the battery then had to jump off my car because it wouldn't crank and then said "yep, it's your alternator." $300 later and I bought an alternator. Went to put it on and my positive battery terminal was loose. Tightened it up and no more issues. Went to crank the car to go to work the next morning and it wouldn't crank. I got someone to jump me off and drove an hour away from home to Macon Battery. Neal immediately greeted me and then tested my battery. He said I needed a new battery. He had tested it, taken the old one out, and installed a new one all in less than 10 minutes. My car cranked right up and I was on my way to work. I can now get my money back on the alternator. The battery I bought from here was less expensive than the last one I bought WITH A DISCOUNT at O'Reillys. I told Neal he was my best friend today! Super knowledgeable and very friendly. I will recommend this place to everyone.

They even went as far as pointing out some overspray they noticed that I didn't and had that quickly removed. They even took the tail bed off and bringing to the shop themself so literally no work on my part! All in all a great Exp with a great and honest company. Hard to come by these days. I will recommend them to anyone now. They have earned my future business to say the least.

After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

He kept asking how I was gonna get out if the engine wouldn't start. I was trying to explain that it CAN GO right now. It's a hybrid. He said "well this thing is just a piece of junk" I said at least it gets 50 mpg! He said "well it's getting 120 now because you arent going" This man was a car guy, yet wouldn't even try to understand what was going on or try to diagnose/figure out how to fix the problem. He just kept saying it was a piece of junk and that he wasn't gonna do all that crap tonight. Do not recommend. I understand hybrids are different, but he wouldn't even try to understand how to fix it. HE is the car guy. It was ridiculous how he talked to me and I do not recommend coming here if whatever it is isn't an easy fix.

Then didn't follow up to get the right part in any timely fashion. Worst of all, on another issue, they were not transparent with me that it was not a job they were comfortable with. The tech told me to solve the issue a certain way that is NOT in the manual. Had I done what they suggested, it would have TORN up my car. Took it to a dealer who fixed the issue in 40 min. Run far and run fast from this place.
