Even though I originally did not believe I needed a starter, I was told that the starter needed to be replaced. I went ahead with the repair because I trusted that they had properly diagnosed the problem. After getting my car back, it was doing the exact same thing it was doing before I brought it in. I took it back, and then I was told that the battery had been damaged because of the starter. That did not make sense to me, but I went out and purchased a brand-new battery anyway. Unfortunately, my car STILL had the same problem. I brought the car back again, and only then was I told that I needed an alternator. What makes this even more frustrating is that my receipt actually says "customer said car need alternator." So if I was already telling them that I believed the alternator was the problem, why wasn't the vehicle properly diagnosed before I was charged for a starter? I also have a recording of them stating that I needed a starter. At this point, I feel like my car was never properly diagnosed in the first place. They saw that the car wasn't starting and replaced the starter instead of fully investigating the actual cause of the problem. I spent money on a starter and then a new battery, and my original problem was never fixed. If something isn't broken, don't replace it just because the car won't start. Properly diagnose the vehicle first. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this shop. I expected professional service and an accurate diagnosis, but instead I feel like I was charged for repairs that did not solve my problem. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience.

I have severe back pain and I was in agony and told the salesman, George, but we still had to wait for them to sign more papers, wash the car and fill the tank, which they never did. I am still recovering from that day, it was physically and emotionally draining. I don't know how to pop open the trunk yet, but I'll figure it out. The car is a beauty, but the experience was traumatic. George called today and wants me to return for a "second delivery", what the heck is that?
