They charged an exorbitant amount to replace my alternator and battery (battery was 2 months old)…read moreand on top of that did not tighten the alternator enough. I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

I informed him that since I purchased a break light bulb pack several months ago, if he could put the little bulb into my other brake light. With a blank look says, sorry we don't do that here. So in order for me to buy the first pack and them to install that little lightbulb with a tool that I don't have, I asked him if he could install the other set of bulb that just burned out. He said no it's against our policy. The elderly man working next to him says "I don't know what's going on. I don't know what you're talking about". Nice guys. Try to be a little bit more friendlier, get off your cell phone, smile, and have a little customer service like you did the first time.

Stopped by the store today and left with a smile and a new Die Hard installed. Best part was the demeanor of all in the store. Never a negative and the battery was replaced, warranty honored and I left with the most positive attitude I have had all day. Willy Nelson would be proud. On the road again! Thanks, great folks.
