I arrived at 11:36 AM and didn't leave until 1:00 PM, which felt excessive for a routine oil change. I've been to this location several times before without any issues, so I expected a similar level of service. However, this visit was very different. To start, no one asked me what type of oil I wanted, nor did they explain pricing beforehand. Even as a returning customer, I believe that kind of communication is essential. I tried multiple times to speak with someone, but the technician was often outside or quickly moving between tasks, making it difficult to get any answers. I also noticed that another customer who arrived after me for the same service had their car completed and returned before mine. When I asked about it, I was told they were short-staffed, and while the technician did apologize, it didn't fully address the concern. While waiting, I received no updates on my vehicle's status, whereas other customers were being kept informed. As the only person of color in the lobby, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable about the difference in treatment, though I cannot say definitively what caused it. Lastly, my oil change reminder was not reset, even though the paperwork indicated that it had been. This lack of attention to detail added to the overall frustration. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I encourage others to be mindful and attentive to the level of service they receive here.

I watched the short light skin girl act like she was pouring something from an opaque container. They need better actresses because it was clear nothing was going into my car. I'd been here a couple times before so I just chucked it up to maybe I was being paranoid and she was pouring the last bit of oil in there. I needed an oil change BAD and when I pulled my oil plug literally the next day the oil was BLACK. They will never steal from me again. Do not waste your money at this dishonest business. And the number on their website that says text this number for quicker service...is a landline and can't text it!! Here it is Tuesday almost noon, their phone still not being picked up, no word on if my vehicle is fixed. Sorry this place gets an F !!!
