The attachment was not fitting so I went back in to get help from Dan. As soon as I told him it wasn't fitting he starting talking loud telling me "you don't know what you're doing, you're doing it all wrong". I told him I was coming back in for help, not to be yelled at. I asked how he knew I was doing it all wrong when he wasn't outside to see what I was doing. He just continued with his tirade, he even suggested that I just return the product and go across the street (to Valvoline oil change) to let the "professionals do it the right way". I asked several times for him to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong since he had made that assumption anyway. His response, "I'm not a mechanic". He didn't attempt to help in anyway. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ended up returning the item and going two blocks down to Autozone. Would you believe the manager there came outside and showed me exactly what to do. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Advance Auto and will be doing all future business with Autozone.
