I've never experienced those type of issues with Advance Auto Part, or in O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reason why I went to NAPA is because its two streets down my house, but I know I will never go back to this NAPA again. Also, not enough product options.

If you go there to get the air checked in your tires, expect someone to walk over very slowly as if they hate their job. They might try to say that you're underweight or ask questions about a tire light. Don't fall for that. Make sure to check and tighten your valve stem caps because they're too lazy to do it. I thought it was very odd that I wasn't given a receipt or that it wasn't left in the car and so I had to call the store for a receipt after they talked me into purchasing new tires, even though the original ones were supposed to cover up to 60,000 miles. It all starts with management, this place needs to hire people who handle business instead of playing around in the shop.

Guy hung up on me saying they didn't have anything to do with motorhomes (it's a conversion which used everything from the car, and the A/C system is the same as found on that car)! So I called back. Different guy. Explained that it's the stock system found on that year and model car. He'd overheard the other conversation I guess and no, they didn't have that part. I asked if that part (diode to the compressor) was something they replaced on other systems. Yes. But then the person said he had another line and hung up on me. Why anyone would use technical help from people who simply hang up on potential customers pretty much shows their level of support.

I came by…read morehere after searching for some wheels for my car and Carlos went the extra 7 miles to assist in fitting some rather difficult to fit my ride (all wheel drive, trying to fit staggered). The Service: phenomenal. I had to come here multiple times due to my incessant indecisiveness and Carlos guided me in the customization of my wheels. Initially I decided on some XIX that just rubbed a bit in my wheel well and I was able to come back after driving it to switch to different sets and offset rims. Eventually, I gave up running staggered on my wheels since my traction control went ape Sh*t and he actually mounted multiple wheels and tires set up just so I can visualize it on my car. I have been to multiple automotive places and this is definitely going beyond what I expected! Carlos is easy to work with and is obviously passionate about his craft! The goods: they specialize in XIX rims but they can pretty much get anything and will work with you (like they did me)
