He not only ran the diagnostics, he explained the concept patiently to this vehicle novice....lol He was soo polite, I asked him, so, I did something wrong and the battery drained and he says, no, no, I wouldn't point out its you but ya something with the driving went wrong ....... An not sure of the low stars- This is the second auto zone I have visited and found them at both visits at different locations to be very polite and helpful, I really appreciate that. read more

I like AutoZone, mainly because they tend to have what I need. That said, this particular location had me a little upset to the fact that one team member there basically was attempting to accuse me of trying to swap a used piece of equipment. Said equipment was purchased and returned in less than an hour due to the equipment no being needed. Upon the team members inspection of said returned equipment, he stated that one piece was used. It in fact had not even been touched by me. If the team member had taken a closer look at the equipment he would have seen that the factory overspray was still on the equipment and was proof of not being used. I did get the return but it was the disregard of a customers statement and blatant scoffing at the truth and waved off to make the customer feel as if they were a thief. I've never had a negative experience with any AutoZone in any state that I have used them in until this location. Still not a bad store, but the due diligence and customer service of some team members might need to be evaluated. read more

The place we got our oil said everything was fine, there was a discrepancy Willie saw, because of that he saved us thousands of dollars of damage. All the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. Worst customer service ever. I called first in hopes of them holding my headlights for me since they were closing in an hour. I call and the guys says "hello." Me - Uhm. Hello? Him - yeah Me - ....is this... Auto Zone? Him - yeah. What you need? Like.... seriously? I called a business. Not your personal cell phone. So i drive there already annoyed. I get there and not only does a man let the door slam in my face, i stand there waiting for 15 minutes. Finally I was acknowledged and he says "what's up.you need help?" Uhmmmm YES! YES I NEED HELP! So annoying. Thankfully while in line I overheard a customer asking about management because apparently he used to work there and was also dissatisfied with the way we were being handled. In the past when I've purchased head and tail light replacements they ask I needed assistance installing them. This time he simply rang me up in silence and gave me my receipt. Luckily the guy that used to work there was still outside. He installed my headlights for me and was soooo incredibly sweet. I wish I had cash because i would've tipped him. Too bad he no longer works there. His customer service is needed. read more

Walked in wanting a windshield wiper for my jeep. I had bought one before at another location, but i broke off and I had lost the receipt as proof that I had purchased it. Not wanting to make the same mistake again, I wanted to get a different brand. The problem was I wasn't sure what it looked like. So I walked in, asked the guy at the desk for a wiper. He said he had 3 that would fit my jeep. We selected the middle option. I looked at the connection wasn't sure if it was the one that broke off. I asked the guy if we could look at the most expensive one. The guys face told me he was annoyed because he had to walk and get the upper tier wiper. When he brought me that one, I was almost positive it was the one that broke off. I asked if we good look at the last one just to be sure. This pissed off the guy at the desk. He said, "man, you need to make up your mind. I'm serious." I wasn't trying to be a hassle, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting the same one. At that, he went and got the 3 wiper. I looked at all three and determined that the most expensive one was the one that broke off and the one I didn't want. I picked the middle option. The guy says "so you wanted the first one I went to get?" Here is the thing. This interaction took 3 minutes and we had all 3 options. It wasn't like I had him running around 10 times, it was three. And even then, i was going to explain why and apologize for making him going back and forth when the guy said "man, I really don't care." And he walked away from me to the check out. Since dude was so rude, I thanked him for his time and went to Advanced Auto Parts a few blocks down. There, the guy was super nice and explained why snapper broke and what I did wrong. Not only that, he installed the new wipers for free. As for this AutoZone? Skip it. The customer service sucks. read more

This autozone goes out if its way to employ only the absolute dullest employees possible. You ask for a 5 rib 760 length belt, guy takes an hour comes back with a 6 rib 990 length belt and then seems confused as to why its not what you asked for.... come on. read more

Awful Customer Service I came in needing a battery. there was 1 customer who brought a battery into the store, ahead of me. When its my turn, I am asked what do I need. When I said I needed a battery, the man ( he looked of Indian origin) went crazy! In front of everyone started telling me that if I expected him to go outside in the night to change the battery, he wasnt doing it. I am glad I had left the car running because when I called to ask if they could install the battery, he put me on hold for an endless amount of time and I decided to go into the store to ask. Never will I set foot in that store again! Very rude! There were plenty of lights outside and he had just finished installing one for someone else when I walked in. read more
