Finding a new mechanic can be tricky and frustrating however they made the process so easy. I requested a diagnostic and of course my engine light was no longer on. He spent over an hour trying to find the problem and said he was available if it came up again. Sure enough it did the next day and he grabbed the part and fixed the issue. This is the first time I felt I got a great price, service and communication from a mechanic without feeling like I got duped once they left. I hope they know they are my go to service now. I asked, "how would I know it work(s)/fit or is right product?". "That's the risk you take", store personal said. I've never experienced those type of issues with Advance Auto Part, or in O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reason why I went to NAPA is because its two streets down my house, but I know I will never go back to this NAPA again. Also, not enough product options.
