    Now Amarr Clark was very sweet (he's the guy by the car) and the management came expeditiously when I had a problem but over all the company needs work. I think the organization biggest goal is to increase faithful customers. I'm not sure what the motto is there but I do believe more love needs to be placed into the career of a car salesman.

    I would give this place a minus 5 stars if I could. I took my 2021 suburban for an oil change ; I requested that they check my truck because my tires were wearing uneven, I was told it could be as simple as alignment needed. gave them my warranty information in case I would need a repair that would be related to front end parts . I specifically stated that my issue was only the uneven tires because I was ready to buy new tires. After 2 hrs Mr. Lewis call me and said I needed to have an alignment to fix my tires wearing uneven. He added that he found 2 codes in my truck but he was already taken care of them. No other details given nor he asked for approval for additional charges from me or the extended warranty. We agreed on the price of the alignment and oil change only ! When I picked my vehicle; I found thru the paper work that they charged my extended warrant 2,000 dlls in labor and 230 dlls in parts .. lied to my warranty telling them I brought the truck with engine light on and that I had discussed an AC issue .. ( never mentioned anything about that, and my vehicle didn't have any engine light on! ) They even made the claim to my extended warranty without consulting with me or getting my approval . I was never informed that my truck had HVAC trouble. And I never had an engine light on. I doubt you need 7 hrs ( 1260dlls ) labor for change an actuator of 30 bucks You need 4 hrs ( 666 dlls) to change one injector ( 132 dlls part) After I read all those charges I called Mr. Lewis and asked for explanation.. he told me he found those problems with the scanner ( can an AC problem be found with scanner ?) and his only arguments was that repairs didn't come out of my pocket, that my extender warrant did pay Seem pretty scamming I doubt now if they really change those parts !! When I left the certificated Chevrolet dealer Mr. Dana stated "you have a great warranty plan " now I know why he said it !

Their team was amazing at getting back with me and empathizing over our struggle. With all the stress I needed an easy transition and couldn't bear a full day in a dealership. That would have just turned the knife. Adrien was super helpful, worked with me on getting above residual value for my car, negotiated rates before I had to come in. We did all our financials online. So by the time we came in all we had to do test drive the car, agree on final financing, and close the deal with finance. We were in and out in 2hrs. This was the best and most seamless car transaction I've ever had in my life! Hands down amazing people. Thank you so much for understanding this stress I was under and making this as easy as possible on us. I am truly grateful!!

I took my truck to Big Star Ford on 288 S. in Pearland yesterday (5/1/2025) morning for my 7:15 AM appointment. My service advisor is Robert. He seems to be a really nice guy with a sales attitude and quick Witte.(I love quick Witte.) Robert said he had one guy there who he wanted to look at my truck because he has worked on them the most and is quite familiar with that motor. I asked Robert to have his mechanic look at the transmission leak that I have and also a blend door issue.(that is a unseen box under the dash that switches the air from the heater core to allow cold air that's from the AC compressor to blow into the cabin.) Robert seen more than happy to accommodate my request and asked if he could have the truck for a couple of days to complete the work that I was requesting and I agree. I went back to Big Star Ford yesterday evening to have them look at a fault that I was reading in my mercury, mariner regarding my SiriusXM radio. I was surprised to see my truck in water appeared to be the checkout line. I got in line to see Robert and he said that he was just about to call me to let me know that the recalls have been fixed. He also told me that I had multiple oil leaks, in addition to my transmission leak. He said all the part numbers are obsolete for the gaskets needed to repair the leaks. He went on to say that it wouldn't be cost-effective for me to have them source the gaskets outside of Ford because they could not guarantee the work. That I understood, so I asked him if I could have the part numbers so that I could source the gaskets elsewhere. This is where the veil drops. Robert told me that the mechanic didn't write the part numbers down and had only done the visual inspection. Is not possible in my mind to determine that a part number is obsolete, without looking it up in the database! Robert then said well, while the person who deals with recalls was working on those items, the repair mechanic came by and "looked the vehicle over and determine that the gaskets needed were obsolete". This was really annoying. I'm pretty sure this was an attempt to extort money. Robert said it wouldn't be fair to the mechanic to have him provide the information that allegedly he had already looked up because it would take him time that he was not getting billed for. Please remember Robert told me that this process was already completed by the mechanic who had determined that the part numbers were obsolete. So Robert said for me to get the " obsolete part numbers for the gaskets that were leaking" I would need to pay a diagnostic fee, which is $235 per hour. I believe this was the ultimate goal. I believe in building relationships on mutual respect and trust. As consumers, we have the option to spend our money where we choose. I tried to find an establishment that I like, that treats me respectfully and values my time while simultaneously providing qualities service or products! Big Star Ford does not fit in that category! On a sidenote, I can't prove this, but they may have cleared the fault and charged Detroit for labor they may not have performed. By the way, remember that satellite radio fault I went back to have them look at? Well that didn't happen either. Robert provided this analogy " what you're asking is like calling a cancer doctor over the phone and asking them to give you a diagnosis based on symptoms". This is a known issue to Ford. I provided Robert the technical bulletin number which she brushed off. Buyer Beware

Oddly, The Toyota was the only car we were not able to test drive in either dealership we visited. Keating was by FAR a nicer dealership than most we visited this day. It was VERY busy on a Saturday at 2p. They are located a little bit away from all the other things, and has a spacious lot. It's a new looking axe, well kept. It is currently surrounded by construction, so that's a bit of a nuisance, but not their fault. Expect some way finding issues.until that clears up. We were greeted at the door and escorted to the wait area. They don't have any table or spaces available for customers, so we waited a wee bit for service. It happens, first come first serve. 15 minutes later we were sat, and as we tried to converse with our salesperson, we were constantly interrupted by the customers on the other side of the privacy wall. Our sales person was apparently juggling more than one set of customers. This became more evident and aggravating the more it occured. Once we discussed what we wanted to see, our person had trouble finding the model we wanted in their inventory system and went back and forth a few times, saying he'll be right back. After another 25 minutes, he came back to let us know that they did not have one on the lot. Overall, I feel like that could have been a much faster and easier process. I would've appreciated a quicker understanding of their situation rather than a longer stay twiddling my thumbs and 45 minutes of no productive activity. I understand it gets busy and people want to make a sale, but a smoother intake process is clutch. And don't come grab us off the lot just to leave us at a table while you help other people. Finish with them, then take on more. Neither group is getting the best service the way it's being done. You could call ahead as well, but I had expected them to have at least one of their flagship hybrid RAV4 models available. My mistake. Nice place, maybe go towards opening, it might be a better experience. And check their inventory before the journey. Long drive to not have something to test drive.

Though sadly when I first arrived it didn't really seem like any of the 6 advisors wanted to assist me and I just stood there for about 5 minutes with only one other person there who was being helped. Some SAs seemed to look up from there computers, but then immediately went back to doing what they were doing without a word. This was even with an appt. Lounge area nice...has comfortable seating, kids play room, coffee, snacks, drinks, computer nooks, apparel for purchase and vending machines. That first 5 minutes of my time being ignored definitely is making me want to push this review to 3 stars, but I left satisfied and my Jeep performance felt better when driving.

When he picked it up the rear view mirror fell off before he even got out of the parking lot, so he turned around and took it back to them. They kept it overnight and when we went to pick the car up the next day, the front shield was cracked from top to bottom. The service manager, Justin, immediately denied responsibility and said it was a rock chip. We showed him, and had him feel the outside of the windshield so he would see the crack was on the inside of the windshield, not the outside and it was at the EXACT location on the rear view mirror that they had to fix. Even pulled off the outer case of the mount for the rear view mirror to show that the crack is exactly where bracket attaches to the windshield and that's what cracked the glass. Justin was rude and just didn't give a F. He's definitely not someone that should ever work in a position where he has to interact with people. He just kept denying responsibility and refused to repair or pay for the repair. There was no rock chip in the windshield when we dropped the car off with them, and still isn't now because the crack started on the inside, and we had a perfectly intact windshield before they "repaired" the mirror that they broke. Don't buy from them, definitely don't take your car to them for service, and don't give them any of your business. Worst dealership and service center i have ever encountered. Would give the zero stars if that was possible. This is now opened with Stellantis Customer Care (case 95980010) so the incident is formally documented. Also filed a complaint with the TXDMV (case 27-0011770).
