I asked, "how would I know it work(s)/fit or is right product?". "That's the risk you take", store personal said. I've never experienced those type of issues with Advance Auto Part, or in O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reason why I went to NAPA is because its two streets down my house, but I know I will never go back to this NAPA again. Also, not enough product options.

He made good with his promise and replaced the battery. Johnathon was helpful, pleasant and felt my concerns about having a car not start and be stranded. I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

They said they'd give me some, it's been months & I've reached out about it & they said I'd get a call back from someone to work on getting me floor mats. Wasted money on getting my car detailed cuz the floor just gets dirty instantly.. Also discovered the other day when I was on the side of the interstate with my 3 kids & a flat, the vehicle they sold me in September of 2025, didn't have a donut or spare. DON'T GO HERE.
