There was another white man in the same spot and she said nothing to him , she profiled this poor black man just because of his skin and assumed he was going to steal something this is sick . I couldn't even believe my ears . She then proceeded to speak to him in a nasty tone and started recording him . I called back to ask for her name and she hung up in my face and was very rude she then didn't pick up the phone after I tried calling back . This is not a good place to shop she has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen . This company needs to do better hiring people my Goodness !!!

I normally don't do this but I believe this is important. Purchased a Power Brake Booster for one…read moreof my fleet truck. Mainly because they had one on hand. Their "new" booster was a rebuild or worse yet, a mis-manufactured POS. Slave bore was completely oversized, pedal went to floor. Paperwork was generically put in telling to change spring and plugger, which was there. Some Num nuts put 4 nuts, not locking on the studs which would cause the holder out, off the firewall. Really, really disappointed! Plus, I don't like the fact that you have to hold tongue out of the side of your mouth, close one eye to mount the damn things. Napa is supposed to be a "professional" auto parts store. Sow it in your employees know what they're doing- don't leave people waiting at counter when 6 people are BSing in back.

When driving through town I stopped for a few things at the Napa parts store. I was greeted right…read moreaway and the service offered was fast and efficient. When compared to a bigger store, of course this location has little as far as inventory, but they had what I needed. Also, the back half is still partly an old Radio Shack! But like the little connectors and cables kind of Radio Shack, not the remote control cars and fun stuff. It was a throwback to another era. I'd have stayed just for a stroll down memory lane if I'd have had more time.
