Even though it was about 30 minutes before closing, he was gracious, patient, and more than willing to help install the battery. He was very careful putting everything back properly, which I really appreciated. I didn't catch his name, but he deserves kudos for going above and beyond. Great service.

I have a new Camper Van and was experiencing problems with my electrical system while in Flagstaff AZ. I spent two months in Flagstaff working with highly recommended RV service providers trying to get the electrical system fixed. No one could figure out what was wrong. I have a Victron system and Relion batteries. One of the RV service employees suggested I try a Relion dealer. I called Continental and connected with Gunner. He told me to come right over and within ten minutes had the very simple problem diagnosed. It took him five more minutes to fix my electrical system. It has been a week and the system is working perfectly. I suggest if anyone is experiencing electrical problems and has lithium ion batteries it would be a good idea to contact Continental Battery Systems. Keith actually helped me figure that out as well as he helped locate the starter and assisted in trying to help hit the starter to get it started. It didn't work but he helped me locate a towing company so I could have my car towed to the shop. He was friendly and patient the whole time and went above what his job even entailed. I would highly recommend this place and the battery that I had bought previously 4 months earlier was still holding and keeping a charge perfectly fine.

I called and talked to an employee there, described EXACTLY what I was bringing in (large/heavy UPS…read morebatteries x3), and he told me he would give me $.017 a pound..so at 120 pounds, at east I could buy myself lunch/dinner for the effort. I get there the next day and say they "might not be able to take it because of the lead". He goes back and talks to the owner who says he will give me $.05 a pound. The old "bait & switch"! and that didn't even pay for my gas to get there. These people are rip-off artist. STAY AWAY from this business....they LIE!
