I' have only had great experiences at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location every time I purchase parts here. Most recently, I ordered two OEM liftgate supports for my vehicle, and they arrived very quickly. When I went to pick them up, I asked the associate, Daniel G., how to install them. He explained that it was very simple and only required a flathead screwdriver to remove the old ones and snap the new ones into place. He even offered to install them for me, and it literally took about five minutes. My auto repair shop had told me it would take 30 minutes and cost $45, so I was really grateful for the help. Another time I came in with what I thought was an alternator or starter issue after receiving incorrect information from an auto repair shop nearby. Daniel let me know they had an OBD2 scanner available and helped check the codes on my car. The scan showed a battery code and not a starter code/ issue, which helped point me in the right direction. He also recommended that I purchase a good OBD2 scanner for future diagnostics and even told me where I could find one, even though they didn't have one available for sale. Had a great experience here last time. So, I came back to buy my wipers here this time, instead of buying them from Amazon. The gentleman helped me get the correct wipers, and offered to help me install them. He had them put on my truck in less than a minute, and had us on our way. I have nerve damage in my left hand. So, I really appreciate that he offered to put them on without my even having to ask. AWSOME service, which is rare in the Laveen area. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Whoever the kid with the glasses that's working there right now at 6:45 should NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS! He was rude and very disrespectful. I orderd a ECM for 2001 dodge ram from O'rielly in early 2016 The truck set until Jan 2020 and I just found out that its wrong for my truck the part number I got from Dodge is 56040269AG O'rielly sold me 56040270AF This is not for my truck how did this happen? I'm not the one who sold it I was'nt on their computer ordering it. I told Jose Ozeta The district manager I did not give a VIN or Milage. I was argued with by the district manager they couldn't order without the vin. The part numbers don't lie. He went above and beyond and even looked up a part needed for my specific car that only the delay would know. When I called back to follow up, Rafael was also extremely helpful. I called because it's Sunday and I can't get a mechanic until the middle of the week. I'm car clueless and was advised to get antifreeze and place it in my overheating car so I can make it to work. Called and talked to Yetti and she advised and came out and helped me put in the antifreeze.
