Flat out rude. "Hi welcome to O'Reilly we will be right with you" . I walked around looking for screws for my license plate without any assistance. I finally got another customer to help but we needed a worker. One of the guys helped he was the only attentive customer service rep. You chose the job, you applied, interviewed and accepted the terms of the position. Its bad business but people aren't going to stop going there because they need parts and accessories for their vehicles. Mike is one of the rudest employees at any Orlieys I have been to. He is condescending rude and disrespectful and has to have the last word. My guess is anyone who knows him would probably say that this is the way he is. And if that's the case it doesn't matter how much automotive knowledge she has if he doesn't know how to speak to customers and be respectful and he probably shouldn't be working around people. read more

Very helpful, free diagnostic check, open late, and being a girl pays because you can ask for help without having to worry about not knowing how to do it yourself. I felt the guy who helped me could have been more friendly (almost like he was scared of me), but the job was done. Close to home and has warranty on batteries and great exchange policy. read more

Generally I like O'Reilly auto parts. I went into the store because it happened to be next to a meeting that I was having. I ran into the manager this morning. And I have to be honest? Such a difference than my previous encounters at O'Reilly. The manager was very rude and short it was almost as if I was putting him out by asking questions. My thought is, you're in the customer service industry. If you don't want to help people, you should probably find a different job. I hope corporate reviews these and make some changes. read more

Bought a battery from O'Reilly about a year ago, which was still under a three year warranty. The car would not start in the morning when my wife was going to work. She stole my car and I was stuck with the problem. Charged up the battery and headed to O'Reilly. Called them on the way to see if I could keep the car running while they checked the battery. I did not want to be stuck. Tommy answered the phone. Then began one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. "No problem, we can jump you if it dies." Concern soothed. Arrived at the store and reluctantly turned off the car. Entered the store and found someone in the aisle putting stuff on the shelf. "I'm here to get my battery checked." I knew it was Tommy when he said, "I just talked to you. Let's get your battery tested." He tested the battery and alternator. "Tester says battery is fine, but we won't know for sure until I pull it and put it on our charger. Should take about two to three hours." I did not have a ride and did not want to wander Walmart for three hours. He told me we could put a new battery in, but that if the pulled battery was good, I would be stuck with an extra battery ($229 risk). After getting permission from the better half, it was "let's roll the dice." About 30 minutes later, Tommy had pulled and replaced the battery. "I will give you a call when we figure out whether the battery is bad. If it is, we will refund your money." I was so appreciative, shook his greasy hand, and thanked him for his work. He of course apologized for the greasy hand (this man who had MY grease on his hands). The car started like a champ and I headed home. Not more than half a mile away my cell phone rang. "Oh yeah, it's a bad battery. It started smelling really bad." Back to O'Reilly's and my now favorite O'Reilly Advisor. Big smile on his face while he rang up my full refund. "Thank you Tommy." Once again, the handshake - without the grease this time. Truly superior customer service. By the way, I'm a Tommy too, who now has my car back AND an happy wife. read more

I went for windshield wipers. The parts guide was broken so I had to wait in line for someone to look up what size I needed. The line went quickly and a woman helped me find the right size and told me about a rebate. Good experience, I will be back. read more

I needed a new battery at 8pm. Although I knew that I could get one at lots of stores, I wasn't sure if I had the tools to install it myself. I stopped by this O'Reilly's location and the man at the desk (I can't remember his name) was VERY friendly. He helped me find the right battery and when I told him that my car was in the parking lot, he grabbed his tools and installed it for me! I don't know if this is common here, but I was shocked by it (no pun intended). He did a great job and it was very quick. I think I paid a little more for the battery itself than I would have if I had gone to Walmart or similar, but they also wouldn't have installed it (free!) at 8pm. Thanks!!! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. This O'Reillys has no customer service. We went to purchase a brake light and a headlight and ask them if they could please put them in and they said no because it was dark outside and we could come back when it's light outside and they could see what they can do. So we went to AutoZone where they helped us and installed with no problem even though it was dark outside. I say stay away from this place. read more

By far the worst customer service experience I've had in as long as I can remember. Ordered some seat covers for my truck and was told they'd be in within four or five days. Called a week later and spoke with Efren, he said he was having trouble finding my order and I would need to bring in my receipt to the store so he could look it up. I asked him why would I need to bring in my receipt when I can just read him the info off of it instead of driving down there as that is not only inconvenient but not necessary. At that point he said I had better change my tone or he would not help me. I asked him what he was seeing in his computer and he verified it was the same thing that I was seeing on the receipt, respect to what I had purchased and what I had paid for it. At that point I said if you ordered the right parts but they simply did not ship the correct item why would I need to go down to the store to show you the receipt, why can't you just have them resend the proper item? This is when he got aggravated and hung up the phone on me. He claimed to be the manager there but this is clearly not the type of behavior any real manager would display. I have spent a lot of money with this particular store over the last year or so and it goes without saying I will never buy from them again. Very disappointing. read more

Today my husband went to pick up the part we ordered last Saturday for my car... They DIDN'T order it...He called and gave his Credit Card to whoever answered the phone... They said it would be 5 days... Okay,,, We waited... In the mean time the truck needed some work and while getting parts, My husband asked about the part for my car... Great customer service at this location i had to fix a tail light and one of the employees Philip helped me out a lot and narrowed down what i needed which was just a bulb and installed it for me also helped fix my hood that was stuck. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I am a happy customer. read more

I assumed that the store would handle their mistake professionally, but sadly that was not the case. I will not be returning. I went and purchased a serpentine belt for my vehicle from the store as mine had just broken and I was very close to them. I paid full retail $31.99 and ask them if they match either online pricing or their other stores.. I spoke with the store manager Scott and dialed another O'Reillys store while I was in there and he heard the conversation stating that the other store which is part of the same corporation would sell me the same Belt for $25.99 plus tax. I then ask him if he would match the other O'Reillys price and he declined. For him to not match his own corporate store doesn't speak very well of this store I would highly suggest anyone stay away from this store in particular read more
