I showed up at 2:30 and the doors were locked, open sign lit and decals on the door stating they were open until 5 weekdays. Tried to call the business multiple times now with no response. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

We first called the store the guy on the phone said "I will pull this now and have it ready for you" He knew exactly what we needed, and he did exactly what he said. We told him our dilemma, that advanced sold us the wrong part and we have been going through the ringer . I also asked him if he sold a brake bracket because again advanced told me lies that it could not be sold, when that was THE ONLY PART I needed. SURE ENOUGH O'reillys had it in stock. They told us even if the website doesnt show it in stock, call generally they have parts in stock. They sold us the correct caliper, they were very helpful, my husband and I are super thankful. I have NEVER ever had an issue shopping at O'reillys and this is the only place that will have my business moving forward. THANK YOU!
