    My car was hesitantly starting so I took it to autozone to see if it was my battery. As soon as I arrived I was helped. Dominique tested my car battery and it came back Bad. He explained my choices and helped me pick the battery for my car. While we were at the service desk, I noticed the car fob batteries and he changed that out for me too as my car was telling me that battery was low. Dominique installed both batteries and I was back on the road in no time! He was very polite m, upbeat and helpful!

    Wrong hose after walking 4 miles! They charged me for the correct one on my receipt! This is inexcusable!

    Walked 4 miles to get an upper radiator hose. Paid for the correct hose, as the part number is correct on my receipt, but was given the wrong hose with a different part number. She gave me the bypass hose! I compared the part number to the one I asked her for and sure enough, she charged me for the right hose, but gave me a more expensive hose that I didn't need. Didn't realize until I walked all the way back home as I was tired and didn't think to go behind her and check the part number. Now I have to walk 4 miles again tomorrow to get the correct one!

    I simply just HAD to come on here and give recognition to an associate by the name I think she said Dela, sorry in advance if I spelled that wrong but she was extremely helpful and Kind. Her customer service skills were impeccable and it's really surprising to get that kind of service now a days! Especially since I know nothing about cars and she explained to me that my cars possible issue could be related to my Alternator or Battery... she changed my battery with ease within like 5min like Cmon wow!!! Autozone totally gained a new customer because of her! Keep up the Greatttt Work!

    They are pretty on par with the other 3 part stores in the area.. Customer service wise, my husband is always greeted by name, always asking what hes done with the car since the last time he was in, or asking adivce for what they should do :) And I think This is the one that offers the rewards program.. kinda nice perk

    Contacted Pull-A-Part a few times to sell my vehicle. When I first contacted them, the Operator…read moreoffered me a deal of about $500 for a my 2010 Ford Explorer. At the time, I was just interested in a quote and I told them that I would contact them again to finalize a deal if I couldn't find anyone to beat this quote. I ended up going out of town and forgot about my side project. Cut back a month later, I contact Pull-A-Part last week to sell my vehicle to them. The Operator then low-balled me with a different number than what they first offered and offered me $380. I was upset with this new number since I was expecting them to match their initial offer. I begrudgingly brought up this point and the Operator came back with a new offer of $410 for pickup on Saturday 7/12/2024. Since I was tired of dealing with this entire project, I agreed and we set an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 9am. I received a confirmation email and made preparations to have the vehicle picked up on Saturday at our agreed time. Come Saturday, I received ZERO correspondence from the hauler and at 0945am I contacted Pull-A-Part to ask if they were enroute. The Operator stated that they did not know when the hauler would arrive and that I would be contacted. Since I received no correspondence an HOUR after they were supposed to, I asked to reschedule for Monday. The Operator advised that the hauler would reschedule to Monday and did not provide a new time. The Operator stated that they "could not provide a time for Monday." I found this statement to be incredibly unprofessional since they were happy to provide a time when they first tried to low-ball me. I agreed to an ambiguous Monday reschedule. Today is Monday and you can guess that no one has contacted me and no one has come to get the vehicle. At this point, I'm sure that this business is some kind of scam.

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

They assured me that it would be an OEM part. The HPFP failed two and half years later and when the part was removed it was far from OEM, it was a cheap Vemo HPFP. I see this no different than stealing by promising and charging for OEM but using cheaper parts. I guess they assumed I would get rid of the car prior to finding out.
