I have been using this specific location for a decade. The service and helpfulness of the employees…read moreat this location is excellent. Today, I came in to buy wipers and hose clamps. I bought the Bosch OE blades for my truck. Yes, they are expensive but I HATE having loud blades when it's not raining hard or non-wiping blades when it is raining hard. But, O'Reilly has a little known secret: Many of the blades come with a one year warranty. I did not know this until today. The Houston heat can be BRUTAL on wipers so knowing they stand behind them is fantastic. Plus, they install them for free on the spot. Kudos for that. I also bought two very large hose clamps. They are made for automotive uses but I needed two for a non-automotive project I was working on. Just an FYI, they have LARGE clamps in the back if you can't find what you need on the aisle. Again, the staff was excellent in their help. Bottom line - Great service and typically have what I need. I'll keep shopping here for my auto parts.

Y'all, I got a little dirty secret to tell ya! Come closer to hear it…read more... ...... ...... I hadn't changed my windshield wiper blades and it was due past it's expiration date. I think it began to crack the glass, but that could have been because of loose rocks on the road. A little birdy told me that O'Reilly changes the blades free of charge. Surely, they do! The chick that helped me, she is hilarious and had me laughing as she changed the blades. Of course, it was a smooth and simple process, but I wanted a professional to help me. She was wearing cowboy boots too. This location seems to be only women owned which is cool! Every employee greeted me upon walk in. The manager running the register, walked me to where the blades were and explained to me that the beams are considered "old school". I liked that. I made the mistake of getting the modern ones before and it was flopping all over the place! The blades were $15 a piece, of course the only cheapest option. The highest price was $53 a piece. I like this location and customer service seems to be a lot better than AutoZone. Thanks O'Reilly!

Came here to replace battery. Gave employee information on vehicle to find the correct battery size…read morecar pulled up two batteries. I let her know that the car was a 3.6 L and she still pulled the wrong size battery she told me she didn't want to install but I knew O'Reilly's policy is to have help install batteries if the car is qualified for installation, when outside installing battery battery was too big asked employee to speak with manager because battery would not sit right and bracket would not screw in. After speaking with manager I was told that battery size did not matter and that a batteries a battery and it will charge the car. This is completely false and unsafe. You should make sure your batteries always mounted and secured with the bracket in the proper size for your vehicle, especially with off-road vehicles which I have is a wrangler you want the brackets all secure after he came outside to help install the new battery after asking twice he installed battery loose so when I went to start my car, there was absolutely no power not even the radio turn on he let me know that I need to figure it out myself. Thank God for a local mechanic pulling up he took a look and let me know that the wires were loose and he did not tighten the batteries connections. I just wanna share my experience and I hope you guys definitely take into consideration and if any issues arise, always call corporate and they are always helpful. you definitely want to make sure that batteries secure and not breaking or pulling any wires.

Someone told me this was their fave auto parts store. I was like.... Orlly????…read more I usually go to AutoZone, but I was in need of a bulb when in Laporte so I came here. It's a decent store with plenty of options and they were friendly enough. I didn't find them to be as cheap as AutoZone but they did the trick.
