I called a couple of places for pricing and MGB was very reasonable. It was a small, locally owned, family business. I like to support small business owners in my community so I decided to give them a try over the more expensive bigger business red trucks you see everywhere you go. I was very pleased... not only was he cheaper (it would've been an extra $25+ with the other guys), he was prompt (I've waited hours for a tow before), he was courteous & professional, he gave me a ride back to S. Elgin AND he let me bring my dog (thankfully he was over the carsick part by then ). He dropped the truck at the mechanics and drove me the extra couple of miles to my house so I could pay him. They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I had plans to do dash cams and remote starts on all my vehicles before winter but ABC Automative just isn't worth the time, energy, or frustration.
