I came to this store looking for some help to repair a break switch. Jeff had my part in stock. I grabbed it and was just going to change it I. The parking lot. These guys went above and beyond. They rolled out a cart of tools I didn't have and allowed me to use them free of charge. I installed everything and was on my way in an hour. Amazing customer service and even learned something new about my vehicles features. Stop in and get your auto parts and supplies here. One other thing they price matched the part I bouhht . While it seems they could use a few more staff, everything about this store struck good. It was clean, well stocked, and the staff was very friendly and provided superb help and knowledge about the products they were selling. The lines vary sometimes from really long and it takes forever to literally seconds for a checkout. It depends on the time of day, really. read more

Worst run store I have ever seen. First of all, there is no one out actually working on the floor. Everyone is behind the counter "helping" people. As such, if you actually need anything, you have to wait in "line." I put the word "line" in quotes because there wasn't actually any semblance of a line. People were just milling about, trying to figure out who was there first. Which is ridiculous. After waiting in line for easily 15-20 minutes, about 3 people had actually been helped (across five registers). Meaning that the 20 or so people waiting were waiting ungodly lengths of time for slow service. Eventually, I couldn't take it any longer. I threw the stuff on the floor and walked out of the store. I will never walk in that store again. read more

Worst customer service and most of them are incredibly uneducated. It's frustrating trying to get answers from them when they don't even know what they're doing. Go to NAPA, though a little more expensive (Not always) at least they know what they're doing. read more

Customer service seems to be a foreign concept here. This store is in my neighborhood so I've been here multiple times. I've finally had enough of this group of inept individuals. Today I happened to be pulling a small utility trailer and stopped in for what I hoped would be a quick visit. I parked near other cars but not in a spot as, again, I was pulling a trailer. I went inside and the employee behind the counter's first concern was that I wasn't in a spot. I responded. He continued to push the issue. FIVE times he pushed back and was so obsessed with my parking space that finally I just left. All he could do was give a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I left. What an a**. I disliked this store before as their service is never good, but now I just won't go back. read more

Another business that could not care less about the agreement they signed to accept VISA credit cards. You have no right to tell me I must show ID to complete a transaction. In fact VISA's merchant agreement requires you complete the transaction even if I decline to show my ID. When your employee appears strung out on some form of downer and is slurring her words while speaking far too softly to me, I will not provide this person with more than enough information to steal my identification. VISA makes their standpoint very clear. I've come here from time to time to get parts for my truck when something goes out on it and they always have what I need in stock. Whether it's a battery, alternator, airflow sensor, brake pads, or wiper blades they've always had what I need with no wait. They've also got a nice tool to plug into your vehicle to tell you why a certain idiot light is on. The staff has always been friendly and I like that they provide several brands as well as rebuilt parts to go with every customers cost limit. read more

The people here are great! I have never had anyone teach me what I'm doing for car repair and as such I am flying blind most of the time. They never make me feel like an idiot and always welcome my questions. If they don't have the part, they usually have a place to look or a suggestion. Keep it up! read more
