The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it! Location: This AutoZone is located down Highway 94 from Arbor Lakes and behind a couple other businesses off of the highway. You loop around the street into a nice quit parking lot that faces the road so you don't feel like you're trapped behind a building. There is plenty of parking and the lot has always been clean for me. Once you park you find the huge neon lights and step inside. You are greeted but a bright interior with tall ceilings and fully stocked shelves. This store has always been clean for me, easy to navigate, and has never been out of stock of what I needed. After you get what you need, you go and pay at the front, and then you are on your way! The stores layout and cleanliness really help you when you're in a hurry and need to find what you need. I haven't been dissatisfied, disappointed, or overwhelmed when I have been here. Employees: This is where this AutoZone shines for me! I know nothing about cars and need a lot of help when it comes to them. I have called here in advance to ask questions and asked questions in store and each time I am answered by a helpful and willing employee. My last time in here I had to buy a new battery for my car and had no idea where to start or what to do. The gentleman on the phone helped me throughout the process and made me feel more at ease about an upsetting situation. Every time I have come here I have gotten great service!
