Most cars don't have grease fittings anymore, but a lot of trucks do. When I told Lou that I wanted to make sure they lubricated it, he said, " we don't do that anymore". I told him I saw they did online, and he didn't respond. While I was waiting, I looked at the sign over the customer desk, and it said the same thing, that they lubricated it, (when applicable". I pointed this out to Lou, and he said that they don't even have the equipment to do that anymore. ( A handheld grease gun like they sell there is all they really needed. So now I have to go pay someone else to lubricate my truck, making the cost of the oil change way more. This is not only deceptive, but it's false advertising. Imagine all the trucks that think they're getting a grease job with their oil change and it never happens. Then all the steering linkage wears out, costing big bucks to replace. I wish there was a way they could be held liable.
