The clerks were friendly and pointed me right to the blinker fluid aisle. I had a minute wait since one of the clerks was helping a guy install a new brake light bulb in the parking lot. Sweet! They'll even help you with the installation! The store was orderly, neat and clean. The aisles were well lit, and the parking lot was clean. It's a newer building and located right next to a car wash so you can get your car shined after you outfit it with new oil! This location is not on a hard corner, it's on the northbound side of Babcock. The prices were quite fair, and I was able to get out for much cheaper than I was expecting. My salesperson, Alejandra, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I like working with the same salesperson whenever possible, and since I'm new to town, when I stay with SEWELL , I'll definitely be getting my next vehicle from her. I also want to recognize Robert in the service department. He was fantastic when I needed a repair done on my vehicle. He quickly arranged a loaner car and kept me updated every couple of days on the status of my vehicle. That level of communication meant a lot and made the entire process stress-free. Another perk I really appreciate is the complimentary car wash. Between that and having a loaner available during service appointments, it gives me even more reason to stay with SEWELL . Upon inquiring about the year, make, and model of the vehicle, he searched his advanced auto database and immediately determined the length of our wiper blades. He made some pointers about the differences between them (you get what you pay for) and how some have extra blades and such. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole affair. When I went, they were offing a bucket discount, which I've never seen before. Buy a bucket, and anything you can cram in there is 15% off. Sounds pretty good if you're shopping small parts! My only problem with this AAP is the location. It's not on a corner like most of the other ones, so it's not as easy to get to.
