There's a sign on the door saying they're CLOSED and will be back in 30 minutes. Was that a half hour ago or a couple minutes ago. Either way, it's poor service to close in the middle of the day. No answer when calling the store so I call customer service who tells me they can't adjust online orders after the store accepts them. They tell me the store was closed for inventory and that I would need to drive back there for a refund. Batteries plus customer service needs to do better. I'm on hold for 15 minutes to be told to go back and nothing could be done on their end. I don't live here. I have a flight to catch. I don't have time to drive back out there to process my refund or pick up the item. I call the store and was told they don't have the authorization to process refunds over the phone and would need to call the district manager. Im on hold another 15 minutes and was told they would call me back. It's been about 2 hours since this back and forth started and still no call back.
