She had overheard the transaction inside the store and suggested I tried Batteries Plus Bulbs to see if I can get a replacement battery for my current phone. I took her advice and headed over to the nearest Batteries Plus Bulbs. The two gentlemen inside the store checked their computers to see if they were able to replace the battery for my particular phone. Unfortunately, they were not able to order a replacement battery for my phone they only had accessories available. However, they did suggest I try another local place that works on all types of phones called Fixoid. That will be my next stop. Overall, I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming service and options they gave me, which left me feeling hopeful :-)

The experience was very enjoyable, people can still care and be professional. My battery is in an awkward spot to get to and they swapped it out no problem. Cam was careful to keep a power supply connected for the instrument panel while the battery was being removed, this protects again various electrical systems becoming scrambled due to a complete loss of power. Walking in to a nice shop was helpful. The car battery comes with a 2 year warranty where if it won't take a charge anymore, they'll swap it. I put the battery in myself, and the core charge was easily refunded to any card you'd like. The gentleman that helped me was nice, and offered to carry the battery out for me. They also gave me access to wash my hands since I did the battery swap in the lot. I WILL use them again for fair priced batteries, car key copying, and phone repairs in the future.

I stopped in on a Sunday to get spark plugs for my car, and they didn't have them in stock. The extremely helpful and personable person who helped me explained that he didn't have them in stock, and offered two options. He said I could run down to Cost Less Auto Parts and get them there, because that's where he was ordering them from, or I could come back in the morning, and they'd have them for me. I was extremely appreciative of his transparency, and opted to come back in the morning. One thing that really impressed me about the person who helped me is that I was next in line while he tended to a customer. While he took care of that customer, the phone rang, and he answered, asking the caller to "please hold". After he finished with his customer, he called me over to the counter. I asked, "Do you need to get that call?", and he responded, "No. You were here before they called. They're next." That was really impressive! I cannot count the number of times employees tending to me ignored me the instant a phone call came in, when they really should have done exactly what the Tony's Auto Parts employee did for me. The next morning, I called to see if my spark plugs had arrived, and the person who helped me was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He checked and confirmed that my spark plugs had arrived. When I got to the store, the person who called me to the counter was the same person I'd spoken with on the phone, and he grabbed my spark plugs and got them to me immediately. I asked if they sold dielectric grease and anti-seize, and he said that they did. He then went to the aisle that had them, grabbed a tube of each, and brought them to me at the counter. He said that they were out of the small pouches of anti-seize, but I didn't need the big tube. He double-checked, and found more of the tiny pouches, and sold me one of those. He could have directed me to the aisle to fend for myself, but he really did an awesome job of providing outstanding customer service. The store is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside, and they offer a much larger inventory of miscellaneous parts than you'll find at the big chains (such as a HUGE selection of hardware of various grades, racing fuel, specialty tools, etc.). I'm very impressed with Tony's Auto Parts, and will probably be stopping by very regularly since my car's now out of warranty. Tony's definitely feels like a more personal, personable, and "home town" parts store than the big chains, and that is a great thing!
