I want to update my previous review. I went in to get a new battery and cabin air filter. Luis was very friendly and knowledge and tried to help me replace the battery but a completely corroded nut stood in the way. New Remanufactured Alternator was faulty that I purchased from them. This one was overnight shipped to me which is great. Not in stock in the store. The employees are always helpful btw. I installed the new alternator and it didn't work. So I spent days trying to solve the no changes. I assumed it was good from the store. I removed it, took it back, they bench tested and tested bad. They swapped me with a new one and it works great. The staff at the store was great though and not their fault. If I was buying again, I'd have them bench test it before going out the door. I did a lot of mechanical work to change out this bad one. Fun, fun! I sent this info to them as a review they requested but it didn't meet their review expectations. I've said before that I'd never go back, but a couple years later I thought maybe there would be better people working there. People who understand something about cars, have common sense, have a clue about customer service. Nope, I went back and shouldn't have. Expensive battery went bad after a year. I take it in, she looks it up. Yes I bought it there and yes it's under warranty. Then she hooks it up to a device and says... get this, "something drained it." I thought to myself, no kidding, do you think I'd have brought it in if it was fully charged? So I told her that it was totally dead this morning, I jumped it, ran the car long enough to recharge it, turn it off, immediately try to start it, click... won't turn over. I added that I last drove the car Saturday. She responded "they don't like to sit." I pointed out that was only three days ago and it never sits longer than a week without running. She wants to keep the old battery to charge it cuz her device doesn't say it's bad. I've had that happen before. I don't know what they use to determine that a battery is still good, but I've got to move the car like now, so I can't wait for that. So $300 for a new battery. I install it, starts right up. I turn it off for a while to see if something on the car is draining it. Nope, starts right up again and again. To add insult to injury, she takes a phone call in the middle of helping me. Hello, I drove to the store, waited my turn. Why does someone who calls get to cut in front of me? Other places will tell them that there's X customers ahead of them, and offer to call them back. Plus, someone in line behind me makes a remark about someone driving crazy in the lot and she stops everything to look, and look, and look. Then asks the guy to tell her what happened. Like she's not in any hurry so why should I be? Hello, I didn't come in for a social call, I've got stuff to do. So I have to ask her, "can I get my battery?" I had a very similar frustration the last time I had been in a year or so earlier. Where the woman helping me wanted to argue with me over why I wanted a whole new rear wiper blade when in her assessment my old one just needed a refill insert. You think it would have ended when I thanked her for trying to save me money but I wanted a whole new blade anyway. Nope, the argument had to continue and repeated her explanation three times like I wasn't understanding her. read more

The employees at this location use to be top shelf. Helpful, informative and always looking out for your best interest. The new crew is worthless. They are rude, unpleasant and have forgotten who's paying the rent. I've been a loyal customer for over four years but going forward I will be trading elsewhere. read more

O"Reilly is the best place to get auto parts for your car. Fast friendly associates. Store was clean and a welcoming environment. Prices are reasonable. I have a alternator going out in my PT cruiser and its only going to cost 175 with a lifetime warranty. Plenty of parking for customers and they use the chip card. I didnt check for pay on your phone. I'll always get my parts here. If they dont have a part in store they can get it usually within a day or two. read more

Recently relocated to the area. When a bike fell into our new car in the garage and left some scratches, the Huz did what we always did in former city, headed to O'Reilly's. Thanks to advice from Caleb, purchased product to buff out scratches for $11.35, and now it's good as new. Good to know that O'Reilly's here will be our go to place as well. read more

I went in to get my rotors turned. When I was at the counter working with an employee another employee (with a beard and glasses, didn't get his name) rudely interrupted us and in an arrogant manner pointed to the rotors and said, "nope and nope" then walked away with no explanation. I asked him to tell me why. He continued to speak to me in a rude fashion telling me they were dirty and rusty and he could tell just by looking at them that they're below the minimal thickness. So I stated that he had not measured them and the minimum thickness is 10.4mm. He then again said, "no, won't do it". I told him I felt he was explaining the situation rudely to me so I decided to take my business elsewhere due to his lack of customer service skills. He told me it was good that I take my business elsewhere and he continued to yell at me as I walked out the door. I've been going to this location since 2006 to get all of my automotive needs there but will not be returning. read more

I needed to get a battery replaced and called ahead to see if this store was willing to swap it for me. The man I spoke with was extremely kind, said of course, come tomorrow morning and we can get that taken care of. I asked if there was a certain time I should come in and he replied anytime in the morning. I made it in right before 9am the next morning and explained the conversation I had with the lady at the front counter. She seemed confused and unsure and asked a man by the name of Jack if this could be done. Jack was nothing but rude, hostile and condescending. When I explained myself again to him, even though he had been standing there the entire time not acknowledging me, he told me that I would have to wait til 12:45. I asked why I had been told it could be taken care of immediately if suddenly it changed to waiting for 4 hours. At this point he is still not making eye, sneers at me that I needed to calm down and have a little patience. I had been calm this entire time... just explaining the situation. This whole time the lady is giving me this deer in headlights look and mouthing to me that she's sorry so that Jack can't see. I can't begin to describe how hostile and insulting he was in his way of speech and mannerisms. It takes a lot for someone to offend me but Jack is truly gifted at having zero customer service skills. I returned at 12:45 because my car was dead and I figured I'd see what would happen. Tried to remain calm after the morning ordeal. Thankfully a young man had just come on shift and was extremely helpful. I told him what had happened earlier and he replied that he was wondering what he had walked into when he clocked in and that he'd rather be outside helping me then in the store dealing with good old Jack (lol). Before I left I asked if there was a manager I could contact about customer service. I was snidely told that there was no manager and that Jack was running things, so if I wanted to talk to somebody I could try to contact O'Reilly himself. Nice. read more
