First visit: I'm waiting my turn in line listening to a disgruntled customer in front of me explain his situation before leaving in apparent frustration. When it came to my turn I was asked to return when a different employee who had better knowledge of my particular batteries. Okay, I suppose that happens. No big deal. My Friday visit: I return to pick up the batteries only to find that the wrong variety had been ordered. Oof. I gave up and sought help elsewhere. C'mon, gang. You're the battery specialists.
