I came to this location at 795 NM Street on Tuesday November 2nd at 5:57pm. Upon arriving, I knew…read morethat I needed a light bulb and opened my hood to remove the blown bulb so I can head inside to ask for a replacement. Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale.
