The old battery posts had corroded and rusted to the terminal and they came out and helped loosen and remove them; getting themselves dirty and breaking ha sweat to help us out. Very grateful. My time with this dealership has been characterized by poor vehicle quality and frustrating, unprofessional business practices. My first purchase was a GMC Acadia. Despite identifying an alignment issue during the test drive and pointing out a slice in the tire, I was assured by the salesperson that these were not concerns. Shortly after taking the vehicle home, the transmission failed, forcing me to return it. Against my better judgment, I allowed the salesperson to steer me into a second vehicle, a Subaru Outback. The transaction process was unnecessarily difficult. I had to involve management to secure a fair deal, as the dealership attempted to double-charge me for paperwork and fees associated with the previous, faulty vehicle. Furthermore, I was promised a rebate check for gap insurance that was never mailed; I had to call two months later to have it re-issued. To make matters worse, the Subaru failed just 63 days after purchase--only two days after the warranty expired. The vehicle requires a jump to start and will not restart once turned off. When I contacted the dealership, I was simply reminded that the vehicle was out of warranty, showing a complete lack of accountability for the quality of the cars they sell. I cannot recommend White Bear Acura. Between the unreliable vehicles and the stressful, combative nature of the sales and administrative process, this has been an exhausting experience. Prospective buyers should be extremely cautious.

I verified that this car falls into that category. Sales rep said yes. My dad also verified and got the same answer. So I didn't think much of it. As now as I am having terrible time with my car and called them and they are ignoring me I resort to going back into my paperwork. I there I find that my car is now an as is deal. Which sucks because I don't remember signing that portion and how the sales rep would continue to flip the iPad away and only show it to me when I had to sign and of course everything is digital so I can look at it and deny it. Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.
