We drove over to Advance, they tested the battery for us (to confirm that was the issue), while the battery was not totally shot, it was 4 years old and was just not firing very well. We opted to replace it and the two employees who helped us (KeeKee and Acquil) were terrific! Both very friendly, helpful, professional and just all around great with customers. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and choose the services I wanted, including a state inspection. Someone met me at my car when I arrived and checked me in. The inside is very clean, and includes nice bathrooms, a waiting area, WiFi, a snack bar, and an enclosed kids' room (bless you, Audi). I LOVE how the tech sends me a little video once work is completed, summarizing what they did (the DFW-area Audi dealerships did this too). Audi Greenville also has a shuttle that'll take you anywhere you want to go within, I think, a 2-mile radius (if memory serves). There's shopping and eating directly across the road from them, which is nice if you expect your car to be in for several hours. All work was completed as expected on my car. The wait was a bit longer than I would've expected for just an oil change and state inspection, but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere else. I wish they were a bit closer, but that's okay -- I'll be back.
