I'm sorry, but if a garage can't use the customer recommended oil and filter, that can't be trusted with your car. Claimed they "didn't know" they were paid after agreeing to leave key with the car- we found all of this out when we went to pick the car up after hours, and it was left unlocked without a key sitting on the side of the road outside the shop. Did not make an attempt to arrange to return key until the next week- MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE when I had travel plans for the weekend. Not to mention- leaving a customer's unlocked car sitting on the side of the road with no accessible key for an entire weekend after they have paid and arranged to pick it up? Thank god I had a spare key and figured out what was happening before someone who wanted to steal my car or it's contents did. The service department waiting area was clean with ample sitting and a nicely stocked snack area. Fortunately, my car did not have the issue that the recall was about. They checked the mileage on my car and mentioned that they could indeed do an oil change if I wished but they suggested I wait until a had a few more thousand miles on it. Afterward I received emails asking that I complete a satisfaction survey as well as provide a free CARFAX report showing the short history of my new car.

For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.

They charged us over three around $300 for the transmission service and from that day on the performance of the car went downhill she had all kinds of trouble with it so we took it back. We told him what the problems were and they said well we look at they took it apart. Said you need a expensive part and it was gonna cost $1500 for the part and the labor so we went ahead and did it we drove it home and it was even worse than it was when we got it we took it back to him. They kept it for over two weeks and never solved the problem. They said they thought that another $300 part would do it and I said no you've done all you're gonna do so I pulled away from him and so anybody wanting to use Luigi's for transmission troubles they're throwing their money away.
