The repair was flawless was quick and on time. The second incident was when the side of our truck was backed into and crumpled the right rear panel. We only got the one quote with Quality Auto Body Shop because we didn't want anyone else to fix the truck, again, quickly fixed. Even our small town has multiple shops, but Quality Auto Body Shop exceeds in service and the name says it all "Quality." We even received both vehicles back washed and vacuumed!

Did not make an attempt to arrange to return key until the next week- MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE when I had travel plans for the weekend. Not to mention- leaving a customer's unlocked car sitting on the side of the road with no accessible key for an entire weekend after they have paid and arranged to pick it up? Thank god I had a spare key and figured out what was happening before someone who wanted to steal my car or it's contents did.
