Not my "home" O'Reilly's but one I visit occasionally nonetheless. (It's right on the way home from work). Plenty of parking, even though it shares a lot with a neighboring Wells Fargo. The store can get busy, and with the busy comes the wait, so service at the counter can take a while. :-( It's a little on the smallish side, but it still seems to have an adequate selection of parts / accessories for your car or truck. My last visit, I needed to get an air conditioner "recharge" kit for my daughters car and low and behold, they had a large selection and in all sizes. They have no problem ordering the stuff you need too!!! Be forewarned, you may run into the occasional homeless person / panhandler on the grounds. No worries... they're harmless!!! read more

This is the worse service I've ever received! I'm actually going to complain to corporate. I think actually the severity of how poorly I was treated might be from the entire staff being homophobic and racist against me being their only Caucasian customer. To start from the beginning. My father and law said don't take it to the dealer, he can do my breaks just me pick up the parts. I go into this terrible establishment not knowing the week long head ache I was about to endure. I get helped by probably the most incompetent of the staff who I have to repeat my request four or five times. He didn't understand I needed four break pads and two front rotors. He kept asking me different things, just the front? Only the back? Only rotors? So I repeated myself again and again, front rotors and pads front and back. So finally we're getting somewhere but he says they have to bring the front pads and rotors from another store, I can pick them up hours later after 5 that Friday. Well my father in law the mechanic goes back down there with my receipt to pick up the parts and hopefully get to work. They tried to give him parts to a completely different make car and he told them they weren't the right parts, they said come back Monday. Monday he went Back, they didn't have them. It wasn't until a week later on Friday I could go Back and see what the hold up was and get the right parts. Low and be hold the same nincompoop that "helped" me a week ago is waiting on me again. I explained the situation, I asked how did Toyota parts get on my invoice for a Chrysler? The manager stepped in and I thought this would be helpful but he must have made it through the third grade because he's offering me a discount the next time I come back but has some made up reason about selecting wrong trim level of my car leading to the wrong parts that were attempted to be handed off a week earlier. So he finds another set of pads and rotors and finds out originally I was over charged !! $65!! And am getting that put back on my card as these actual parts that go to my car, not the Toyota are cheaper. I thankfully leave the store with another receipt, the parts I need and a little more money. The break job that was supposed to take no time and been on hold a week gets started again, only to find out when the old pad comes off... Again!!!! I've been given the incorrect parts for a third time! Unacceptable! Read the part # off Your screen and match it to the # on the box you give me from the vehicle information I provide you. Never have I ever been given wrong parts once. This could be a huge liability if I went ahead and installed these and had an accident right away. I'd be suing, you bet ya. Fuming mad by this point. I walk Back into this store drop the parts on the counter. Apologise to the one person on line. Wait five minutes for an employee to come from the Back because you know who is the only one out here waiting on a customer and can't ask them to Wait a minute while he asks a colleague to come to the front. This time an asst mgr asks what the problem is- I show her the incorrect pads I had just left with an hour ago next to the old one off my car. She says let me see which one they are giving you... Then goes back gets ones at this time I can see match the old one. Oh, you had them the whole time on a shelf, so why did it take a week at first? Then two other times giving me the wrong parts?! Then it's another $30 charge back I was over charged for the last incorrect part given to me. Never again will I go back to this store for even an air freshener or let any of my family or friends in the business of auto repair. Please close this franchise so a NAPA can move into the neighborhood. Thank you. read more

Just walk away from this place you can complain to the mgr and corporate all you want nothing ever changes or is being done, nothing but in high school kids or a guy that changed oil once and now he calls himself a tech works there! My IQ Drops going into this place!
