The restaurant filled with mostly locals

Debemos utilizar nuestras vidas para hacer del mundo un lugar mejor para vivir, no sólo para adquirir cosas. Para eso nos han puesto en la tierra -- Dolores Huerta Making the world a better place, lifting others up; that's truly the meaning of life. I wish with that Spanish philosophy I could give a better review but we merely thought this local Barcelona joint was solid, not great or outstanding. We made a reservation on our first night, and had a good table near the door. Perfect for people watching, this place was packed. Service was definitely rushed although they did let us sit longer than other groups. One of the brothers served us and he was busy doing so many different roles in helping run the place. We ordered apps, wine and paella. Everything was good, nothing great, including the paella. We went here in part due to a review that said it was "legit" but what it really needed was more seasoning. Very bland and flavorless. Traditional and authentic, yes, but I literally had a more enjoyable paella the next week in Walnut Creek. Wine list was local and inexpensive; the total meal cost less than $100. I would still recommend this place for the "scene" and mingling with locals but I doubt I would return myself. Please note it's in an area known for pickpockets.

Stopped into this bustling restaurant located very closed to the Rambla area, very authentic, with excellent service, from Gerard our excellent server and good food. Four of us ordered various croquets (spinach, and potato) both very good for a small appetizer since the different paellas we ordered would take about 25 minutes to cook. We also ordered a chicken dish which I was told came out deliciously moist and seasoned well. Our seafood paella for two, and one chicken paella were tasty but a little on the salty side, but the four of us enjoy our meal and look forward to a future visit to O' T 3 H...

Great locally recommended restaurant for paella in the city. We came here twice because it was that good. Service was very decent and professionally managed. The feeling was cozy and easy going. Make reservations if possible!

Our group was initially impressed with the unique menu. There are 2 pre fixe menu with 2 pricing options and a generous amount of small plate dishes. We ordered multiple pre fixe menus and a bunch of small dishes ala carte. Their wines by the glass options could improve, i.e. there were none listed although we were able to order 4 glasses based on type of wine. The taste of the dishes was hit or miss. And the quality was somewhat inconsistent. For example, the steak tartare was very salty but the tomato spaghetti was surprisingly delicious and a big hit among our group. The reason my review is a 3 is because of an unusual incident. One of the pre fixe dishes we were told to our surprise was no longer available (croquettes) and was substituted with some some spicy chiles. What was very unusual and kinda upsetting about this substitution was that as we ate the substituted chiles we saw multiple orders of croquettes being served right by us. And then when we said one of our diners could not tolerate spicy, we were served one croquette. Very very puzzling. Overall it was a unique experience with several diverse dishes.

Great and must try paella restaurant! Can't go wrong with anything - we came here twice during the stay. Many local seem to come here as well. Location was convent, and service was decent.

The seafood paella, octopus bomb and snail appetizer were all amazing! Great service and such a cute place!

Veggie paella!!!! So good...fresh and flavorful!!!

Friends told us about this place. A little off the beaten path but the best paella!!! We shared the veggie one not knowing which to try and it was big enough to share and extremely flavorful!! Also had tapas...mussels and clams and both were fresh and flavorful!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

This place is rather inconspicuous and unassuming in it's esthetic, but it's serving Spanish classics to perfection. We popped in for an afternoon of tapas boards and Spanish wine. I mean, what else would you want after a day of shopping. The boards were filled with tastyAF tapas. You can lean into the classics and get a "best of" Spain here. Lots of locals here, so we knew we made a great choice!

Waited until our last day of vacation to try seafood Paella and it exceeded our expectations! A quaint rustic restaurant with stone interior. We arrived at 1pm which is early so there were plenty of tables. By 2pm the restaurant was filled with locals. My partner and I split Iberian ham and paella. Great quality ingredients and lovely wine. Left filling full with energy and not feeling over stuffed. Not too salty either, perfect amount of spices

They have a ton of tapas, but I liked the potato one the most. Of course, since I didn't eat the meat ones we ordered. The seafood ones looked a bit too scary for me to try too. LoL. The atmosphere felt like a cozy bar that the locals would go to. The service is very friendly.

100% would recommend! I popped in when it was PACKED and sat at the bar! The man behind the bar handled the rush with finesse and still gave me attention. The food was absolutely great and I'd come here again without a doubt!

So great! Our Spanish is not so great and the waiter did a great job walking us through the menu and suggesting items. A few tapas l, pitcher of sangria and the fideuá and we were stuffed! Highly recommend!

Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The chocolate mousse was light and the bread to mousse ratio was perfect. It's a smaller dessert tho I wouldn't recommend it if ur sharing. Service: amazing! Staff I'm everywhere so it was very easy to order more food. Also we were sitting buy the area where they made dessert and they allowed me to record them making it!! Comfortable ambiance great for date night or casual meals!!!

Not only was his service incredible, but he also gave us amazing recommendations for our upcoming trip to Buenos Aires in two weeks. The food was hands-down our best meal in Barcelona. Every dish felt authentic and full of flavor. Our favorites were the accordion-style baked potato topped with creamy aioli and spicy sauce, and the truffle brie toast, which was completely out of this world. To top it all off, the meal ended with a shot of local acorn liquor as we toasted Jordi, our other server, which also made the whole experience feel so special. And shoutout to Flor behind the bar for the fantastic margaritas and sangria! Thank you, Sabastian, Jordi, and Flor for making our Barcelona trip so unforgettable.
