A-Ok Recently attended a birthday event here for my daughter's classmate. They were quick to greet us and invite us back. They had staff guide us through the free-play open, to the gymnastics room, then to the party room. It can most definitely get chaotic in here, but it's a lot of little ones so it's pretty standard for them to be a bit noisy and active. The staff made it super easy on the birthday child's parents and handled most every detail from the party side. They had the room well set-up and it went smoothly. The facility does seem a bit more dated with their mats and play area looking a bit older and worn, but it was being kept up by staff as much as possible and kids are not gentle on things! Overall: B Solid spot for a party event for kids. read more

O2B Oviedo location where my child attends his after-school program. Ms. Tara, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Amy and Ms. Ruth are few names that makes this location awesome. My child really enjoyed his time throughout the session. Ms. Tara helped us a lot in many ways, and I admire her patience throughout the process, and she went an extra mile to get my child enrolled in Gym and STEM classes and Ms. Ashley is all over the Centre and very cool and caring with kids. I don't think that some of the people who work here need to be around kids. Kids need to feel safe and comforted when sad. They need to be greeted with smiling faces...some people who work here look like they wake up with a frown. The cleanliness of this place has also gone down in recent years. Three stars because I like the indoor play space...and the layout and the square footage... but I didn't enroll my child here. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Marley. She is an incredibly attentive and compassionate educator who truly cares about her students' success, both academically and personally. My nephew goes there and on international night she was so warm and friendly. It's evident that she genuinely loves what she does, and her passion for teaching is reflected in her dedication and patience. Any student who has the privilege of being in her class will not only learn but also gain confidence in their abilities. She is truly one of the best teachers I've ever encountered! read more

I went to O2B since it opened at this location. I lived in California at the time of the opening, but when I'd visit my cousins here in Florida I'd go with her. O2B is a lovely place, but there are some pros and cons. Pros: The staff is very kind. I don't remember any of the workers names except a few counselors I had. They were teenagers, so it felt easier to connect with them. Some I do remember names of were miss Eva, mister Fern, and Ms Bailey, who were all my counselors at one point. I also remember that when miss Eva left, she wrote cards for everyone in her group. I told one of the previous managers about my birthday, and she took me into her office to choose from an array of stuffed animals. Summer camp field trips were always fun. We went on one a week I believe. Sometimes we'd go to the movie theater, and sometimes we'd go somewhere bigger like Lego land. Snack options were always delicious. I don't remember much, but I do know we had yogurt, gold fish, bananas, ritz crackers, etc. they would immediately give us snacks after getting off the bus. Cons: Bullying/theft. I wasn't picked on much, but a few of my friends were. And theft was the worst! I was stolen from on more than one occasion, and I remember a phone even being stolen at one point because of a big issue: the backpack storage situation. They have a sort of hall of cubbies, but there is no where near enough. In one corner of the hall, kids would just throw their bags on the floor because there wasn't enough room. One of my summer camp times, I was given 10 dollars to spend at the movie theaters, and I decided to save a few dollars so I could spend it at the cafe. I left it in a wallet gifted to me from my mother that she had gotten when she was 16 in Paris. Later on, I went to get my wallet and it was gone. Soon, the then "manager" (I don't know what her title was) miss Taylor had found who did it. The girl was told to apologize to me. I never got my money back, or my wallet back. Miss Taylor did not seem to care whatsoever and just wanted to get it over with. DISEASE! I got lice more times than I can count from O2B. Literally came home with lice daily! Everyone in my group had gotten lice. And pinworms!! Oh my god, it's nasty. Every child has pinworms too. It was awful. Needless to say, the place needed to be cleaned better. The heat. As we all know Florida can get upwards of 100° in the summer. We ate lunch and snacks outside regardless of what temperature it was, they never let us eat inside. Kids would sit outside crying because of how hot they were. There was one child who was allowed to sit inside because of a note from his parents, and he was allowed to bring friends to sit with him. Kids clamored to sit inside with him just to get out of the heat. They never let us sit inside. One gymnastics teacher. There was a male gymnastics teacher, who was clearly very good at gymnastics and had a hierarchical mindset over everyone, even children just because he was good at gymnastics. When playing dodgeball he would chuck balls at kids so hard they would be injured. He would also throw shoes at kids. Overall, I did enjoy O2B for my 6 years there. It was fun, and I'm still friends with some of my friends from my O2B days. As a high schooler, I plan on hopefully having a part time job there. read more

Never again will I ever use them for childcare! Everything was great up until DCF was called about the main teacher force feeding the infants then the main teacher left to her new location. After that everything went downhill fast! It took several weeks for them to correct a feeding, they literally just didn't feed him a few days. Met with the administrator and she was no help in fixing this situation either, the upper management blames the teachers and other staff but never take responsibility when they should. In addition to them neglecting to feed my child he came home with everything under the sun. This place is just a joke read more

Ashley the new manager is great and really looking forward to her changing things around However, my child's experience at o2b was a nightmare. The counselors in general are pretty neglectful and almost always forgot to send my child to the classes we signed her up for. I had to call daily to remind them to send her which was like a job in itself. A few times they even forgot she was there so we had a few scares when picking her up when they said "she is not here today". The biggest nightmare is the very bad lice infestation she had brought home. By the time we realized she had lice it was just horrible. It took a over a month of every day inspections and treatments to finally get rid of them. How is it that no one told us this from o2b?!They need to hire more qualified professionals who take pride and awareness of their jobs and not teenagers. I told them about the lice after taking my child out of o2b but I doubt they did anything so beware.. and check your child. My daughter does not miss it here at all she says. read more

We were so excited to try this place out, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment and waste of money. We went there a couple of times during school hours when the facility was relatively empty with just a few other preschool age kids there playing. The place was dirty with food all over the floor and dirty toys. If you decide to go, just make sure you're not there when the after school kids show up. The workers let them run into the facility without any adults inside to supervise them. They came in screaming, running, shoving, and cussing. I don't see how o2b can think that's safe. Someone is going to get seriously hurt there if they continue with that lack of supervision. read more

The fact that is not cámara and they have app that they don't update.They keep having different teachers every time we pick them up. When I asked for a curriculum they said they don't have or is not available.Kids take 3 hours nap and are force to stay there if if they do t want.kids go outside 2 -3 times a day even when is over 90 degrees.So many issues in a week and half that we were there.Meal menu is very basic. If you looking for a daycare vs learning center maybe is an option for you. read more

We went on a Wednesday with two 1.5 year olds and a 3 year old just to play for a little bit. There was a school group or field trip there as well and it was chaotic. There really wasn't much for our age group to do - the indoor and outdoor playgrounds weren't really for kids their size (plus they were overrun with rowdy big kids), the Lego bins seemed to contain anything but Legos, and the rest of the rooms "with doors" we weren't allowed to use. Basically we paid for our kids to play in a pretend kitchen for a few minutes and then we left. Save your money. read more

Be careful if you plan on using drop in care. They advertise drop in care on their website but it does not apply to children under 2. You have to reach out and go through all the extra steps to be able to learn this information. As someone who is expecting, this greatly changes everything. read more

I'm done being silent!! To say I'm disappointed and disgusted is an understatement about this establishment. My Son is one of the KIDS that was force fed by Mildred who is STILL employed there. Management will view your child as a transaction and safety is really not their priority. There were a lot of red flags that as a parent I regret not getting my son out of there sooner but this is not a good place! Blaming the victim is not right and treating us as if we are liars and overreacting is a terrible stance to take as business. So grateful for O2B Kids! Let me impart perspective to help paint a picture why... My son has ADHD and is a high functioning autistic child. Previously I had him enrolled at his public school afterschool program. The lack of engagement and the unrealistic expectations of sitting at cafeteria tables with limited options was more than my little guy could endure. He was unhappy, and because idle minds are troubled minds I can not express the stress I experienced of phone calls, write ups, and suspensions that he and I endured. When threatened with expulsion from the school based afterschool program, I came to O2B with high hopes that have not gone unfulfilled. I braced myself the first week waiting for a phone call for a reprimand of his behavior. Instead, he now comes home happy every day and his counselor has had nothing but good things to say about him. At O2B he is given the freedom of choice and is constantly engaged. His counselor Ms. Meghan is so kind. From what I have learned her field of study is ABA therapy. She encourages my child and gives gently redirection. The unlimited class options are what sold me from the start. He is enrolled in 10 classes throughout the week and he has shared he is enjoys each of them. My son is safe, happy, and is thriving at O2B. Being the parent of a special needs child has resulted in many tears over the years... for the first time in forever, they are tears of joy. read more

While on a quest to find some variety in our 3 year old's play time, my girlfriend and I decided to check out O2b. It was conveniently located (who can miss the signs all over the Oviedo Mall, right?) So upon check-in, this less than friendly attendant charged us our 16$ (which is super-duper steep for what a 3 year old can interact with) and we were sent on our way. Nothing could have prepared us for what we walked into. SHEER PANDEMONIUM! Noone warned us that half of Oviedo's kid population would be here, also! But we are talking kids like kindergarten age and up. There was a narrow room closed off as a toddler area, scantily clad with toys that had missing pieces or was in need of a good scrub-down. Not enough items to keep our kids engaged for very long. There was a door that lead to the outdoors but it only had small tables and nothing else. So we venture off into the sea of running screaming kids to see what other things we could entertain our toddlers and it was difficult to keep a line of sight. Too many children and the area has walls that block the view. The outdoor play area was under-equipped. The food area had a very small menu. If my kid was 10 years old, I might have found this to be a more appropriate venue as a play place, but even then, the overwhelming feel of disorganized chaos left me feeling uneasy overall. read more

My kid is a full time daycare kid. I really love their long hours and variety for little tots to big kids! The staff keep you updated on anything that happens to your child which is very reassuring. I've seen some criticism about the workers... Working in daycare can be a tough job to fill; everyone's got an opinion on how to handle conflicts and who do you think has the energy and ability to work part time with children all day? I am very appreciative of their staff and even though I have seen some turn over, which can be very frustrating, I believe the O2B staff work hard to find people who care and try to keep up with all those little tots. Other than not having a camera to watch the kids from home, they offer literally everything you can imagine! From mommy and me classes, to a fun area you can hang out at with a bar.. They teach sign language to your kids, provide food, have an outdoor area, offer long hours at reasonable prices, and keep you updated with what your kid has done all day! Great concept, great facility. Used to have great people, but lately... Not so great execution when it comes to choosing employees to run it. The magic that you might feel when you look at the class schedule or see all the fun play areas fades quickly when you sit in the snackbar area and hear about one employee's divorce, another's frustration over something in school, and nearly all of them talking trash about each other. This place would be great if even half of the employees were more nature than the kids they take care of. We might visit for a day, but we won't be regular customers again. read more
