I would highly recommend Oahu frameless. When they came out to do the install they noticed something wrong with the tiling. They called and shared their concern with me. They went above and beyond to take back the glass to their shop and hold it in a safe spot until I could get the tile issue fixed. They then came back out and did an excellent job on the reinstall. Customer service is great. They get right back with you. I had heard another company was good and to be honest I tried them. I was trying to get a quote from when to replace a mirror above the vanity in my mom's new place. I messaged thru Yelp, then called...she said The person would call me. He never called, he emailed me...told me he was available later that day. Who emails a same day appointment. So naturally I missed it. Called him and even saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood and left a note on the truck. Nothing silence. So I came back to Yelp. Called Oahu Frameless and asked if they could do an estimate. She explained that if I sent them rough measurements & a picture of the area, they would send an estimate, if the estimate was ok with me they would come out and do an exact measurement. The first drawing the sent covered the whole wall and into the side around the light fixture. So I corrected their sketch and sent back, the reissued the estimate. Was great so scheduled them to come out and get the right measurements. So final estimate everything was awesome and we ordered the mirror and are waiting to install when we ready. I'm so glad the other copy flaked because everyone at Oahu Frameless has been awesome. Can't wait to see the finished product. read more

It was surprisingly difficult to get an estimate for a 50+ year old tempered glass, large sIze, sliding deck door. A large bird flew into it and the whole thing fractured! Fortunately the reflective film held everything in place. Oahu Frameless Showers estimate included the replacement of the reflective film. Their pricing was good value and accepted by my insurance. Lucky their estimator and installer explained the process. And the office kept in communication throughout the job. They gave me an install date based on the expected arrival of the glass. The piece came in earlier and they called and rescheduled. The installation was clean, professional, expertly done with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend them. read more

Only giving a star because it was necessary to write this review. I had scheduled meeting to get estimate for Thursday between 9-11 am, which the girl scheduling reconfirmed the day before. Drove from Mililani to town and arrived 9:00am. Waited til 10:45 before calling where the estimator was at. Female personnel answered and said it was scheduled between 11am and noon. She had the gaul to argue with me that she told me that. Was so irritated so I told her to cancel. What a waste of time and gas. If this is how they are just to schedule a estimate, how are they when it comes to scheduling the work. I am a General Contractor, would never treat my customers this way. read more

I was so happy that Oahu Frameless was able to help with a mirrored medicine cabinet door that I have not been able to get fixed for over a year. It was part of the original cabinetry in the condo unit when I moved in and I guess over the decades the mirror sagged lower and lower on the door until it was dragging on the countertop causing the door to get stuck. We removed the door so no one would have to deal with that frustration and just had this eye sore open cabinet in the bathroom for over a year. Seemed like it would be an easy ask to get someone to remount a mirror on the door even tho the sizing was not particularly standard, but so many places made me feel like it was impossible and/or not worth doing! As a homeowner, it's very worth it to me to have an intact mirror and cabinet! Oahu Frameless was the only one who would step up. They were so nice and responsive about it and they did it quickly!
