Rance came to our rescue late in the day when our sink drain line was blocked. He discovered that the line was unconventional, going outside the house to another drain line and then back under the house. Also that it may have had a low spot that collected debris. Rance did an amazing job. I had an issue with my outside sink as it wasn't draining and causing me a lot of stress and preventing me from being able to do my laundry. In addition there was a small leak in the pipe underneath the sink. It's old and I was very worried it was going to be impossible to fix OR it was going to break the bank. Neither!
