Dan installed a 17" bowl height toilet, and we have a 2" high bidet on it adding it to just shy of a 20" toilet seat height. Dan came in, assessed the job, and went right to work. The entire experience was super efficient- Kris came out within hours of placing the problem call and with photos sent and background info, he was able to give me a quote that was reasonable to the issue with solution that involved leveling out existing pipe to fit a standard P-trap. It was off hours, most plumbers would charge an arm and a leg by the hour. Tim was just flat rate $140 to snake. Because my building was old, and drain pipes were shared, I wasn't sure it could be unclogged easily. Tim spent 2 + hours in my unit and my neighbor's unit to find the clog. Unfortunately, he couldn't. Fortunately, Tim was an honest guy with integrity, he didn't charge me and my neighbor anything. On top of that, he spent extra time to give us advice to deal with our dire situation with ongoing plumbing problems within our old building. I would definitely use him again because he has integrity, and will recommend him to everyone I know.

He came by on his way home and made an assessment that the water from the main pipes to the house was leaking. Yikes...my water bill will be huge! He would replaced the old galvanized pipes with copper pipes that will require some digging underground from the main and linked with the house pipe. It would take a day and can begin tomorrow, August 21st...Wow! He and assistant Dayton, (I hope I spelled his name correctly) arrived at 7a and were finished after 2:30p. After cleaning up their tools and work areas, included putting my things back, which is a rarity for any business to do, you wouldn't even know they were here! Yay...no more running water issue! Outstanding job, guys! I would highly recommend Brenden and his plumbing services. Messaged Brenden and he responded immediately and said he could drop by first thing in the morning. He acquired all the needed materials and arrived right on time. I was impressed with how fast he worked and how clean he left the area. He was done before I knew it and now it looks like a brand new shower. With the level of professionalism and expertise Brenden shows consistently, I can't think of anything that would have made for a better experience during a stressful time.
