We learned a lot about Hawaii, the language and history of the island and the many places that we visited. We had enough time at each stop to explore and shop. We did everything from visiting tourist destinations to exploring some local shops to snorkeling with sea turtles. The price of the tour is very reasonable especially if you take into consideration the distance that will be travelled and all the places you will see. Especially if Aka is your tour guide it is well worth the price. I would 100% recommend this tour. I traveled to Hawaii as a single mother with two kids, I had a blast and so did my children. I felt comfortable, safe and in very good hands the entire time. We all engaged in the conversations, we were encouraged to ask any questions. We got chips and water as snacks included, no limit. We also had lunch at one of our stops... that was separate and not included in the price of the tour. The food was great and it was $20 per order plus $2 for a drink... not bad at all, it was more than enough food for the price. My kids still continuously bring up things that they learned, did and saw on the tour. We constantly also talk about Aka and how nice, friendly and full of information and knowledge he is. He stated that the tour did not exist and I was wrong. Any attempt I made to speak afterwards he interrupted and said "If you do your research you will find that I am right". After trying four times to speak he hung up on me. Called back and got different guy. He stated that the tour did not exist as well. Well. Day before the tour was supposed to happen they charged me again for it and I finally got a confirmation email and phone call to confirm my details. I talked to their Customer Service again and they stated that yes the tour did exist and I was on it but they only charged me once and refused to give me my money back for the second charge. Ended up full on canceling the tour and had to get my bank to do a chargeback in the card to get my money back. Will absolutely never reccomend them to anyone. I hope no one ever has to deal with their supposed customer service as it is some of the worst I ever experienced.

So if you are looking for an Oahu Island tour that involves only a small group of people in a van (compared to a bus full of people), this is a great option! They would send an email confirmation that contains reminders and useful information to prepare for the tour. We were picked up near our hotel in the morning. We first stopped at Green World Coffee Farm. Had some coffee and muffins. They have a store connected to the coffee shop where they sell shirts and other things. We then went to Waimea Gardens and Waterfall. It was a nice walk/hike to the waterfall where one could see different flowers, trees, and other plants. Next stop was Banzai Pipeline before our lunch at Kahuku where there were so many different delicious options from different food trucks. After lunch, we went to Kualoa Regional Park where the Chinaman's Hat is (Mokoli'i), Byodo-In Temple, and Pali & Makapu'u Lookouts. Last stop was at a Leonard's Bakery food truck which was great since there was not a line to get the malasadas. Andrew, our guide, was amazing! We learned a lot about the island and the places around. He gave us great photo ideas and tips on how to take nice shots. At all stops, he took our photos with our phones and his camera/phone which he later shared with everyone. After the tour, he even shared a list of recommendations for places/things to do in the island. This was a great tour of the island. Highly recommended!
