Wonderful tour! Caleb was our tour guide and he was phenomenal. He never rushed our group and made sure our questions were always answered. Hands down the best day we've had in HI. Glad we decided to go on this tour. The blowhole was absolutely stunning, clear and warm water. The temple was gorgeous and our kids loved feeding the koi fish and birds. Lunch was DELICIOUS at Tanaka shrimp farms. The gift shop was a great stop, everyone is so kind and there was fresh coconut and pineapple right outside of the shop. Highly recommend you check out this tour and if there's a way to request Caleb as your tour guide, do it! You won't regret it.

Kiki was awesome. The morning meet up at Ross was a bit disorganized and rough but Kiki Made up for all the moment he picked up his Ukulele. We had a great time, loved hearing his stories and rhetoric

Aunt Kelly is the best!!! Pro like a teacher who educated everyone about Hawaii and the culture. Very down to earth with amazing personality!!! If you get a chance, request aunt Kelly!! Amazing experience!! Much love.

Before we came to Hawaii, my wife suggested we look for a tour around Oahu and I came across the Circle Island Tours on Google. Overall the ratings were excellent so we booked it for the day after we arrived - thinking this will give us a nice preview of what the island has to offer. Yesterday we had our tour with Nani Popolo and he was an absolute all-star!! He really gave us a great experience with his humor, knowledge, and laid-back attitude. The music he chose also gave a relaxed feeling to the trip. He is also willing to share his North Shore beach guide with anyone who adds him on Instagram. Every stop had something new and interesting to check out. My wife and I really enjoyed the botanical garden stop, it is really a beautiful sanctuary. To be honest, two of the stops were just gift shops (Macadamia farm and Dole plantation), but it's more to get an idea of what's out there, than to really get to explore each individual location. However, the coffee at the macadamia farm was incredible, and I love pineapple so the Dole float was amazing; so we still enjoyed these stops. The point to me was to get a taste of what's out there and if we want to go back to one stops, we will check it out for ourselves! Thank you Nani!!

Nui Tour guide, Aka, and new friends

Apparently, Aloha Circle Island Tours has partnered up with Nui Tours for our particular tour and we couldn't be happier. We were blessed to have a Native Hawaiian, Aka, one of the last remaining "pure blood" Hawaiians as our guide. To say he was an amazing representative of the Hawaiian people and culture is an understatement. It's like saying Duke was a good swimmer/surfer. Duke was legendary and so is Aka. The truth is closer to this. I cannot fathom a better tour guide to immerse a new comer to Hawaii. From the etymology of the words, history of Hawaiian Kings/Queens, to Native songs belted out with Aloha and enthusiasm, I was simply blown away. Thank you Aloha Tours. You've got a Michelin star tour guide.

WORTH IT!!! Keoki was absolutely amazing. Me and my husband had a amazing time. It was such a great way to see the island in a efficient and fast way. Just the right amount of time at each stop. Such amazing sights and the crew was amazing at all times. Keoki was so nice knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. Favorite part was swimming with the sea turtles and having a great guide to tell us the islands secret spots to really check out. Please do this tour! This is the highlight of our trip for sure. Its especially great if you have never been to Oahu before as you know which spots to go back to for a more thorough time. Sights were amazing, guide was amazing, food stops were amazing, everything was perfect. Nothing I would fix.

I highly recommend this tour! As a tour guide myself I am always interested in the skills and techniques of other tour guides and our guide Kona was fantastic. An all day tour means the guide has to have a huge amount of knowledge, great attitude, lots of patience and Kona delivered all that! This tour will give you many photo ops at the beautiful beaches on the Windward Side and North Shore, you'll stop at an authentic shrimp truck (get the spicy garlic lemon shrimp or the coconut shrimp- both excellent!), snorkeling with turtles will change your life and a stop at the Dole plantation is the icing on the cake! I have a 17 and a 19 year old to keep happy and they both agreed this was worth every cent! Well done Kona! Mahalo!

This tour started early at 7.45 am and we travelled until 6pm. The day went very fast as we were entertained by our driver and tour leader Aunty Kellie ! She is hilarious and knows her island like the back of her hand. She really made the trip interesting! We saw most of the highlights of the outer island even turtles. Great local food at various stops along the way ! Highly recommend this full day trip !

Guide: Kiki Informative, friendly and even entertained us with Ukelele and Sang to us. Throughout the tour, Kiki was informing us about the history of the island every time we passed a monument. He also told stories about how certain things are there.

If you are traveling to Oahu on a limited time and want to enjoy sightseeing without the hassle of driving and renting car, then this is DEFINITELY for you. I enjoyed our tour and Cannon, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable, nice and mindful of his guest. Although the weather didn't let us see some reef (snorkeling part of the tour) and turtles, my husband and I really enjoyed it.

Our guide was King Mike, he told us stories and answered our silly questions all day.

The best way to see the island, meet great people and determine where you wish to spend more them. We literally got off the plane, checked our bags and jumped on the tour for the day. Loved every moment!

No Turtles and Rude Service. The morning pick up was very disorganised. I got to wonder if anyone had a list of people to pick up. The driver, supposed guide, hushing people to be quiet so he can talk, which seemed very rude. Not only rude but texting and driving, very dangerous and inconsiderate of others. He can talk and talk too much of B.S. as I live here and I brought my friends visiting to show the island. We stopped at a beach and he told us this was a turtle beach, which I told him I don't think so, but he insisted. I asked for the name of this beach and he walked away like he is busy, more B S. Very disappointed. My friends really wanted to see and swim with the turtles as they have advertised. Complete waste of time and money.

First time in Hawai'i and I wanted to book a tour that took us pretty much around the island. Our tour guide was KANAMU and let me tell you how amazing she is! She tells stories about the island and about her Hawaiian culture. I learned a lot about the island some great stuff and some sad stuff. Overall, she made out stops to take pictures. Gave me Poi Donuts which was delicious. We stopped at FUMI'S shrimp to eat and then the Dole plantation as well, and try some macadamia nuts. I recommend this tour for a first timer. You will not be disappointed.

The biggest highlights for us were the Byodo-In Temple and the Dole Plantation. We were originally going to drive ourselves to these places, but we were so glad we ran into the vendors on the street instead. Some of the stops didn't quite meet our expectations, but for the price (especially with the discount), it was well worth it. However, the real heartbeat of the tour wasn't even the sites--it was Neo and Ryan. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the island, and their presentation was filled with heartwarming honesty, real facts, and no sugar-coating. They made sure to include everyone in the conversation, which showed such genuine care for the guests. We absolutely loved them and would tour with them again on any other adventures. I highly recommend taking a tour with Neo and Ryan--they will absolutely make your time worthwhile! Love from L. T. and family.

My wife and I recently booked a Pearl Harbor tour with Polynesian Adventure Tours, and while there…read morewere definitely some positives, the overall experience left us feeling rushed and wanting more--especially given the cost. The Highlight -- Leo the Tour Guide The best part of the entire day was our driver and guide, Leo. He was kind, informative, and thoughtful from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely cared about the guests and took pride in sharing the history and making the ride enjoyable. He truly set the tone in a positive way, and he deserves recognition for that. The Biggest Issue -- Time (or lack of it) The main problem with this tour is simple: everything felt rushed. We arrived at Pearl Harbor National Memorial around 8:25 AM and immediately started moving. By 8:27, we were already trying to quickly go through the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park. We barely had time to walk the submarine itself and didn't have any time to explore the museum building before needing to head across the complex for our 9:15 AM call time for the USS Arizona Memorial. Even though we were on time, we were initially placed on standby. After realizing we might miss our 10:40 AM bus return, we had to speak up just to get onto the correct launch. Because of that, we missed the 20-minute documentary that plays before visiting the memorial--which is a pretty important part of the experience. The memorial itself was meaningful, but the visit is only about 15 minutes, which felt surprisingly short given the significance. Ford Island & Missouri -- Not Enough Time Next, we headed to Ford Island, where we had lunch and visited the aviation hangars. These exhibits were good, but again, time was limited. Guided tours weren't clearly explained, and it felt like if you joined one, you'd miss seeing other areas entirely. The biggest disappointment for me was the USS Missouri. This was the main attraction I had been looking forward to my entire life. I could have easily spent half a day exploring the ship--but instead, we were rushed through it. I didn't get to fully experience the areas I wanted, missed out on exhibits, and didn't even have time to properly explore or enjoy the ship at my own pace. On top of that: We weren't informed ahead of time that the front turrets were under restoration It started pouring rain toward the end of our visit, and we got soaked The rushed schedule meant we didn't even have time to browse shops or grab anything onboard It turned what should have been the highlight of the day into the biggest letdown. Suggested Improvement One major area for improvement: transportation logistics. There were multiple hotel drop-offs at the end of the day, which took about 1 hour and 40 minutes before we even reached our stop. When you factor in pickup time as well, that's easily 2.5-3 hours of the day spent just driving. If the company reduced the number of stops to 2-3 max, they could significantly cut down travel time and give guests more time at the actual sites, which is what everyone is really there for. Final Thoughts This tour has potential, and Leo was outstanding--but the overall structure made the experience feel rushed and, at times, stressful. If you: Want to take your time Are a history buff or military enthusiast Or want to fully experience each site ...I would honestly recommend visiting Pearl Harbor on your own. You'll save money (around $500 for two people in our case) and have the freedom to explore at your own pace. Great guide, but the schedule needs serious improvement. - Dr. Rick

Don't bother with this group…read more We booked a tour with them to see Spouting Horn and the Waimea Canyon on Kauai via Disney Cruise Line (we were on the ship). Let me be clear, Disney was not responsible for anything that happened on this tour. First, the bus (think Greyhound sized) was 45 minute late arriving. Then, even though the tour had been advertised as "no wheelchairs or scooters," there were 2 on this tour, 1 of which was able to be folded up and stowed, but the other required the use of the lift, which the driver didn't know how to operate. Turns out they were short on drivers and flew her in from Oahu that morning... Once we were able to leave, we got to our first destination (Spouting Horn) after about 20-25 minutes. During this time, our driver ground gears, stopped suddenly and generally had issues driving the bus. We were then told that the brakes had failed (!!!!!) and that the company was sending another bus to replace ours. This took an hour. Several people (including the person in the powered chair) elected to bail and head back to the ship. Wish I'd known that was an option. We endured, and ended up finishing the tour 2 hours after our scheduled return time, but still in time to make all-aboard. The driver was just that - a driver. She was NOT a tour guide and didn't know much about the area, the stops or seem to be terribly concerned with the fact that we were on a schedule. Suffice to say that we checked with the excursion desk to make sure none of our other tours used this operator. Epilogue: Disney Cruise Line did their best to remedy the situation by refunding us half of the tour cost. We also recommended they reconsider this company for future bookings.

We were left scrambling to find transportation for two shuttles for our guests with barely a month to go before the wedding.
