    Filet mignon, was enjoyed
    John H.

Had diner here for my birthday. This place has a pleasant upscale atmosphere. The service was very good, the server was definitely attentive and professional. I had the bone in ribeye and the flavor was exactly what you would expect, with grilled asparagus which I enjoyed. I will return and do recommend you try it.

Upon getting sat at a little table in an awkward area, I asked for a different table that was more comfortable. They were accommodating but had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Got sat at a booth with a bigger table since I usually like to order a lot of food and not feel so limited on space The server was very nice and brought out champagne which was a nice start to the dinner and very much appreciated it. Had the gambas large shrimp dish as an app and it was good. Ordered the filet mignon steak with chimichurri and the steak was decent but the chimichurri was the worst I've ever had. I had to scrape off that chimichurri because it was ruining my steak. Was saved with the side of roasted garlic on the plate and smeared that on my steak instead. The star of the show was the ratatouille with all the vegetables and nice savory flavors all throughout the dish. Creme brulee was decent and appreciated the fresh whipped cream

Honestly I was not impressed. The menu posted online looked great, which is why I chose it (was visiting from Orlando). But the menu changed a few days before we arrived. The #1 item I was interested in was the Lobster Bisque, off the menu. I don't recall what they replaced it with, but nothing that interested me. This was to celebrate my birthday back in February. I will never return

Wagyu burger and fries was decent, but nothing to write home about

Service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was decent. We didn't order upscale, but what we did order was tasty. Wagyu burger was not special but fine.

Serrano ham manchego cheese & pear

Ryan our server did an amazing job recommending crowd favorites for our first time there. Started off with exceptional cocktails... sipping on summer, strawberry smooch & cask & ember. Apps included crab cake and smoked pear, followed by delicious steaks, mushrooms, potatoes, broccolini & sauces & butters. We finished with a shared piece of tiramisu... to die for! A wonderful evening celebrating a recent wedding. They even sprinkled the table with confetti & congratulations! Wonderful evening, wonderful service & memories forever!

    Bacon and sage wrapped medallions.

Sage and bacon wrapped medallions were great. Our server Bree was awesome. Ratatouille was also great. Get the ham wrapped pears for an appetizer. Vanilla espresso martini was also very good. Hostess tried to say we made reservations for outside when we didn't which was weird. They also sat another party right next to our table when the restaurant was almost completely empty. Overall great experience. Great for Christmas Eve.

We went to Oak & Ember for the second time last night and WOW! The food was incredible, the ambiance was phenomenal and our server, William was fantastic! This is the second time we had him help us and he was just as amazing the second time around - explaining each dish and cocktail when we ordered and recommended the best things! We will for sure be back for a third time!

    Sirloin
    Nicole H.

The place was beautiful, the bar was awesome! As my first time going, I was really looking forward to this as I know it's a part of the infamous Kyle G's! Started out with the lamb empanadas, OH MYY GOODNESS, definitely have to try them as they were literally out of this world!!!!! I ordered a sirloin... was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! My friend ordered a ribeye and however, it was not cooked to perfect perfection... at a steakhouse, I believe the main thing you need to get right is temperature of a steak! The fact my friend had to send it back and get a new one was mind blowing to me! It's not like it's outback or Texas roadhouse prices. ( not knocking them at all) Also ordered the mac & cheese, which was OK... I don't feel it was all that much to brag about honestly. I will end this with a positive new as our server absolutely phenomenal! I forget her name. It was a month ago already, but she was great very helpful and accommodating..

    Bar and high top seating
    Joe G.

First off I want to thank Kyle G for being so generous as offering up to $49 towards and entree for a veteran. The staff was also very acknowledging and gracious towards us especially myself being the Veteran. We had a reservation for 8:15 pm but we're able to sit at a high top in the bar area early. The servers were very attentive, even a little too attentive. We generally avoid the finer dining establishments, not just due to price but more the up selling pressure and constant fawning over you while dining. Some folks enjoy that and are fairly needy in life in general, but having worked many years in the business and getting my Bachelor Degree in restaurant management I'm on the lower end of needy. The food and presentation of plates was spot on. But there was the overlying up selling and suggestive selling which is the reason we choose to avoid finer dining establishments. Suggesting Caymus Cab as on option that cost more for a glass than a family of 4 could afford for dinner is too much. Sure, if we wanted to splurge we could certainly afford, but I would hope any close to me would shake some sense into me as I never want to be that entitled, no matter how much money I make. But that's just me and I get that! Overall it's a GREAT addition to the downtown Stuart restaurant scene. That location was empty for some time after the previous business closed around the time of Covid. It was great to see how management improved the space and based on how busy they were it's clearly very popular for the area. Again, many thanks to management for Supporting Veterans the way you do

I only go there during happy hour, because, while the food is quite good, happy hour is the only time that it's reasonably priced.

It was a little North of us, so we made a weekend of it. We got to the venue a little early. It was a quick entry. Even though we were early it was a older crowd so alot of smart people were early too and grabbed the assortment of chairs. But it gave us a chance to wander a round a little bit. Its a great spot, it really feels like you're in a buddy's back yard. We got our drinks and a pretty good spot on the let side. The band was solid, and the acoustics of the place didn't hurt the sound at all. It was a nice summer night and both bands killed it. The price was right too, from the entry to the drinks. Add in a cool name and you got a place that we will come up to again for a solid band.

Decided to stop in for tuna stack and guacamole (that we've previously enjoyed on prior occasions). Seemed odd that on a Thursday evening at 6pm the hostess asked if we had reservations. That should have tipped us off that things were different. The bar was full and the very loud. Our server didn't know what fish was on the special for the evening. We weren't enticed, so we went with our original order. Then the disappointment set in; the tuna stack was literally have the size of the ones we've had there. The mango salsa layer wasn't salsa it was bland chopped mango. The bottom layer of guac was about an inch and the chop tuna was light pink to white (at best). Needless to say the "shareable" lasted about three bites each for two people. Regretfully, we ordered the guacamole that was also disappointing. The portion was smaller than before and lacked flavor (seasoning). A few nuggets of corn topper and no cheese (as described on the menu). That "shareable" comes with a salsa that was the coup de grâce of disappointment; it was runny and lacked any semblance of chopped vegetables. It literally tasted like spaghetti sauce and not the good type. We pulled up our Yelp review from last year and sure enough the portions are not even close in terms of size or presentation. We showed the server our pics from last year's Yelp post and she said that she's never had that order. She gave the chef our feedback. Later on she came back and said the chef acknowledged the "salsa" consistency. He offered to make a fresh batch... our plates were gone by that time and we weren't about to take that offer. The grand finale ended with the check being delivered and our server telling us "an automatic 18% service fee is added to the check"... my wife and I looked at each other with utter disgust. We wasted $47 on two awful shareables and one unsweetened tea. It's sad to see yet another restaurant go down the drain so quickly. It seems like PSC went under new management and lost their kitchen and serving staff. Uploading a new pic of the "soupy salsa" to compare with what we previously had
