We were searching for a middle ground to meet, and we chose Meeting Street Steak & Seafood in Port St. Lucie. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is situated off a large lake, featuring an outdoor patio bar with live music that created an energetic and lively vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere by the bar was fantastic, full of excitement and music, though we ultimately decided to dine indoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The indoor dining room has an elegant, upscale flair with a very comfortable setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated near the outdoor patio bar, and the noise from the music and gatherings occasionally seeped inside each time the door was opened, adding to the noise in the dining room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] From what I learned, the restaurant offers a diverse menu that blends American and Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on steak and seafood. It a modern, upscale atmosphere complemented by waterfront views and live music. We opted for the prix fixe menu, which seemed like a smart choice given the prices. I ordered the chicken marsala and shared the crispy tuna appetizer. The pasta dish that others in our party chose was very good. I was somewhat mixed on the crispy tuna, finding it decent but not outstanding, whereas the chicken marsala was quite enjoyable. The service was attentive and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. That said, the restaurant does feel a bit pricey for what one might expect from a non-traditional steakhouse. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed our evening out and the company we shared.

Not sure what happened to this place? I used to love it. Walked in on a Thursday night at 8:15... after a few minutes the only bartender asks me what I want- tell her, an old fashioned- says OK. 5 min.... She serving other people, taking drink orders, 10 min.. I'm staring at her by now as she's serving people that came in after me?! WTF? I was going to give her the business. Screw it- just walked out- went to Pastio down the street. Too bad- used to have good service here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No wonder it's dead on a Thursday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We brought my nephew at Meating Street for a great steak dinner. We had a reservation, we were seated promptly in Gaby' s section our favorite server, because we asked for her. The food was amazing, from the 16 once prime rib, chicken saltimbocca, French onion soup, to the Tiramisu! Gaby was awesome, she's really great at what she does, super friendly, dynamic, attentive and efficient. The ambiance is warm, comfortable, and sophisticated. The staff is polite and well trained, also Dan the manager came to ask us if everything was to our liking. For sure we'll go back there, we enjoyed our dining experience

I really enjoyed my first time at this lovely restaurant. My friend and I attended the Mother's Day brunch which was such a great time. The food was so good. We sat outside for the lovely water view. And our waitress was amazing. Of course we went with bottomless brunch. I started with crab cakes which were pretty good, followed by the avocado toast. My friend had the shrimp and grits which she couldn't stop talking about how delicious it tasted. Overall we enjoyed our meal. I would totally return to enjoy the dinner menu.

We were seated promptly for our reservation. We sat inside which had a romantic feel of dim lighting. We saw a lot of people going outside as well so definitely interested in seeing how it is on the water. We started with mussels and then had steak and chicken saltimbocca for our entrees. We heard a few tables mentioning that service had been slow. I agree it wasn't the fastest but we were enjoying our night together and didn't mind as some others did.

No they do not but could make some dishes gf. I am GF (not celiac) and had their Cesar salad with steak and their original cheesecake without eating the crust. Their cheesecake is light and fluffy and so good!

The vegetables were perfectly seasoned and the garlic flavor was such a bonus! White rice -- what can I say? White rice! The service was great. Dang it, I forgot server's name, but he's served me before. Polite, professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu! Love him!! Ordered a white wine Sangria. Meh. It was only fair. And maybe just a tad beneath fair. Never have I had one with so much juice in it! I have to wonder if the juice was used to replace the fruit usually in their Sangria. With this parasite causing explosive diarrhea, perhaps that's why the juice. Didn't like it. Didn't taste any wine. And although my server claimed to put more wine in, I do believe he added sparkling soda instead. One bad drink did not take away from the delicious meal. I shall return!

My first time since the move to the new location, right near the heart of Port Saint Lucie…read more Our bread (not Portuguese) was warm but delicious. We shared a whole chicken with fries and veggies. Plenty of food for two and with leftovers too. It took a bit long, but maybe it takes a while to grill a chicken. Service was good and attentive. We also shared the chocolate mousse which was divine. I found the desserts to be pricey in comparison to the entrees. The area is fairly new so everything looks new and clean. Plenty of parking. All in all, I'll be back as the Cod Lagareiro I saw served looked amazing and I'll have to try that next.
