This company takes pride in doing a thorough job, including the cleanup. Once they did a big pruning job on an elm at a rental property that I had just purchased. When I went to check on the job, the ground underneath the tree was so immaculate that I didn't think they had been there yet. It wasn't until I looked up at the canopy that I saw the work had been done. Don't cut corners on your tree maintenance (I've done that), call a pro. The things were diseased, dead in fact. They needed to come down, and I knew it was going to cost me a pretty penny, so I did what I'm sure most of you do as well...I called over a dozen of the people here in Denver via Yelp who do this kind of work. It was important for me to get a decent price on the work. Not that I'd simply go with whomever came in the lowest, I did want to make sure they were reputable as well...well, of the dozen folks who came out, they were the only ones who actually talked with me, and I could tell immediately that they were people with integrity. That their bid was significantly lower than just about everyone elses didn't hurt too much either! The job ended up taking two days, and it turned out that one of the trees was much more complicated in how it had to come down, so much so that I was expecting them to ask for more money once the job was done, as the whole thing was originally scheduled for one day. But that wasn't the case at all. They totally honored their bid and didn't even mention the extra work the job entailed. That one of the owners is the guy who actually goes up into the tree to supervise most of the work shows just how dedicated of a team they are. & he really knows his stuff! They not only remove trees but will also work with you on planting and feeding new ones. A lot of my neighbors are already asking for their contact info, so know that these guys are pretty wonderful. And hey, they even left me a bunch of stumps that they cut to special sizes for me to use as outdoor furniture!

Showed up for second appointment on time. Pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was on a Friday; promised a bid by end of the weekend. I left a message on Tuesday morning saying I was ready to make a decision, and they would need to get me the promised quote that day if they wanted to be considered for the job. Front office called later that day, rattled through a litany of ridiculous excuses, and blew me off completely. No estimate, no responsibility, no respect. If they are so busy they can disregard sincere inquiries, then I wish them the best of luck. Based on this experience, however, I cannot recommend calling them. They failed to keep their agreement, and tried to make it appear it was my problem. Their front-of-house staff needs to be replaced if they are to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

We were on a strict budget as we were trying to fix up the home. We ended up choosing the lowest bid from a small company, deciding to not have the tree trimmed, only the two large removals. I removed the shrubs myself, and we decided to wait and use a more experienced arborist to trim that tree later. Fast forward to 2025, we are now shopping for a professional and experienced person to assist with our tree. I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Chelsea who told me she would speak to Dillon and follow up with an updated quote. No follow up received as of Friday, so I called and left a message.
