Rental "cabins" / full time housing & main drive way

Entrance should come with a warning as well as how congested the park is. Lots of full time residents and their free roaming dogs. Our patio area and chairs were popped and peed on EVERY day. We couldn't walk our dogs without being aggressively approached (I'm being nice) by a very large Nikita. The pictures they have posted are without a doubt old or photoshopped. You get minimal sunlight due to being in a hole under a fairly busy roadway. Without any notice from park management a tree service cut trees above our motorhome and we were away at the time so came back to a mess. Properties facilities were very small, dated, and dirty.

Mobil home/ rv park with some full time residents in the mobile homes. The park is quiet and tranquil with close proximity to the trails and the uptown Sedona areas. Private access to the creek near the office area and the dogs love swimming in it. Will definitely come again.

We had reservations for two day and two spaces at your Oak Creek Molilodge for September 24th and 25th. We arrived on September 24 to find an empty office and a phone number that took messages only. Shortly after our arrival we were approached by resident of the park offering us illegal drugs. We were then advised of dangerous power issues that would cause "arcing." We did not feel safe there and elected to leave your park and find another spot for our two day stay. Your park looks nothing like your website and looks rundown and frankly a little scary. We asked several residents for help but none spoke English. This park has only seven (7) RV spaces surrounded by old trailers that look like low cost rentals. Still waiting for a refund..

I give stars because the location, next to creek and close to Sedona uptown. The grounds itself needs A LOT of work. The public bathroom is very tiny. They have laundry room. The entrance/exit is super steep. We wouldn't stay here again.

This place turned out to be better than I thought it was going to be. It's a great location, close to town and hiking trails. The rv/trailer sites are in the middle of the lot with permanent trailers/mobile homes on the perimeter. Pretty quiet with mature trees and the river right there. We did have a bad night with one of the locals coming home at 2am and partying outside until the sun came up. The laundry room requires an app on your phone @ $10 and there is only one very small bathroom with a shower. The exit is very steep. It took a lot of power to pull our 25' trailer up and out.

We were assisted by Rachel in the office and she was very helpful, friendly, and happy to inform us of what the Sedona area had to offer.

I stayed here with my family at one of the glamping cabins, this was our first time in one of these…read moreand they were absolutely beautiful! So freaking cool they have full amenities as well! Full kitchen, with fridge and freezer, stove, and stove top to cook. They even have cups, plates and they give you dish soap and a sponge to clean the dishes and a drying rack. They also had wifi, tv, and everything you need!! They have a cute loft on top for the kiddos and my son absolutely loved it! They have a a dog potty area, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, pool, hot tub, splash pad area (it was not on when we were there) fire pit, an arcade area, shuffle board, pool table, and a reading area. Definitely was a great fun stay! I love that they are pet friendly as well! They also have good eatery nearby as well!

Arrived at the resort, checked in and given directions to our site. We stayed in a wagon…read more The concept was great but the wagon needs some repairs badly. The bunk beds squeak and the ladder rattles whenever a person is on them. One turnover at night and everyone wakes up to the rattles. The door is cracked and see thru light. Most of the 8 wagons doors are cracked. The people right next door were long term there. I have been to many RV resorts and not one had full time people living there. Met some residents there that have been living there over 2 years. A group of kids (teenager and preteens) arrived in the bathrooms for showers and took 3/4 and the floors were flooded after. Drains working but the kids were wild and noisy while in shower. No reason floors flooded by toilets and sink. I was doing laundry. Dogs taken into laundry room with sign that says no dogs allowed except service dogs. These dogs were not trained service dogs. The day before checkout, The next door neighbors were dropping F bombs every few words and the adults seem to be arguing with 2 young children, 1 an infant, were crying while adults yelling. The pool water was cloudy and the tile on the pool was filthy. The splash pad was so calcified and other minerals that the yellow, red colors were white looking. Looks like maintenance is lacking there a lot. Campers don't follow rules and no one is there to enforce. We left a day early because of the language going on and neighbors. Upon check out reported this to the person at checkout. She stated they have had some issues with the people, yet they are still there. Could be a great place, but needs cleaned up and campers need to be removed if can't follow rules. That comes from management. I would not go back.

Stayed here last night over New Years Eve Weekend. Very quiet park but very accommodating…read more They have a 24/7 room with laundry available, couple bathrooms, small tv with dish hookup, huge dvd selection, tons of books, couple board games, few puzzles and a couple exercise equipment. The property has small rocks throughout property but they did not allow a wood fire :( it was soooo cold! But we understand. There is a small gold course at the entrance of the park. It was fun playing it at night. The owner added lights specifically for the golf course and a little fountain. The attention to detail was there. There is a small dog park that is gated but meant for big dogs. Small dogs will walk right through the posts. We stayed here for a night and when we went to turn on our diesel bus, it wouldn't turn on. We eventually found out our gas filter froze overnight due to the elevation probably because we've stayed in colder places. So if you're staying here bring extra fuel help. We had added additive to help it from gelling but wasn't enough. Make sure to bring 911 something to help start it. We're definitely buy it. Owner very helpful and answered even tho New Year's Day.

So far the managers or owners, not sure who they are but they were great! We got there pretty late…read moreand they gave us the perfect spot without a doubt. Had little interaction but they were so kind and helpful. Will definitely stop here again. Very spacious and clean. I called other places and they definitely dont love their job. Definitely recommend you guys stopping here! Alfredo Montejano
