This is a classic hidden rv park right on Oak Creek where you can fish off the deck that's made out of thousands of rocks and the shallow water is great for the dogs and kids! The staff are nice and I'm grateful they are so helpful, friendly, and on point anytime I needed help or had a question. It could use a new paint job overall but I don't judge books by their cover and couldn't careless about that. I'm happy it's not snobby stuck up people judging, just a great overall place that will be going back to! read more

We enjoyed the sun and outdoors under sycamore trees. Nothing fancy but definitely worked perfect for us. We were skeptical after seeing poor reviews but did not experience those issues about noisy at night and dirty etc. We would book here again. The ingress/egress looks tricky but we did fine with our 27ft travel trailer. The check in process was smooth and help was very kind. Don't judge a book by its cover. Sadly the pictures online and amenities are no where close to as promised. the laundry facilities were broken and unavailable. There was one bathroom and shower. I felt my RV was cleaner than that of the facilitie. The only positive thing was the Sedona Shuttle picked and and dropped off right within the community to get you where you needed to go. read more

Entrance should come with a warning as well as how congested the park is. Lots of full time residents and their free roaming dogs. Our patio area and chairs were popped and peed on EVERY day. We couldn't walk our dogs without being aggressively approached (I'm being nice) by a very large Nikita. The pictures they have posted are without a doubt old or photoshopped. You get minimal sunlight due to being in a hole under a fairly busy roadway. Without any notice from park management a tree service cut trees above our motorhome and we were away at the time so came back to a mess. First the positives: the couple that run the place are wonderful, close to town, a little bit of creek access, and quiet at night. Not so good: this place is really an old mobile home park with a few RV sites down the center - the website photos are very deceiving, space is very cramped - the site is long and narrow (old run down mobile homes around the perimeter with a single row of RV sites down the center). In the early morning and evening when residents are home their cars make access even worse. I have a 35' 5th wheel and barely got in and out - not sure I could have when residents were home. Oh yeah, the property is a good 60' below Hwy 179 so the in/out roads are very steep. A word that kept coming to mind when I was there is "sketchy". read more

Starting with the positives (and I am pretty easygoing) - the facility is right next to Oak Creek, which is beautiful, but you can't see it from the RV Park and access is limited. Hugo was very nice and great help getting in our spot but the day we moved in was the last time I saw him. The people living in the park were all nice and it was quiet at night. It is close to oldtown Sedona. Reality - this is a low-income trailer park with a few RV spots. The ingress and egress road is steep, curved, very tight and not safe for anything over 30 feet long(max). They were told we had a 42-foot fifth wheel and didn't decline our reservation. I was very lucky to get out of the park without tearing something up! The garbage was piled high at the entrance when we pulled in but was thankfully hauled off two days later. Shower room and laundry were not even considered for use. The office was never occupied and is rundown. If you are very open minded, have a rig that is less than 25-30 feet long, want a cheap price and want to be within a healthy walk from downtown Sedona and are not planning to hang out in lawn chairs and enjoy the evening air - this park might be OK. Otherwise, don't fall for the false advertising and find a better place. read more

They were so helpful to tell us the sites we should see and even referred us to a great restaurant. Hidden Gem in Sedona - Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at Mobile Creek Lodge in Sedona! From the moment we pulled in, the experience was top-notch. There was plenty of space for our motorhome, making parking and setting up a breeze. The laundry and shower facilities were super clean and convenient--being able to pay for laundry right from your phone was a big plus. The private creek access was a beautiful, peaceful touch that made the park feel like a little oasis. We also appreciated that the park is dog-friendly, and our pups felt right at home. The manager was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating, which really made a difference during our stay. The location is fantastic--just minutes from town, which made it easy to explore Sedona without any hassle. We had reservations for two day and two spaces at your Oak Creek Molilodge for September 24th and 25th. We arrived on September 24 to find an empty office and a phone number that took messages only. Shortly after our arrival we were approached by resident of the park offering us illegal drugs. We were then advised of dangerous power issues that would cause "arcing." We did not feel safe there and elected to leave your park and find another spot for our two day stay. Your park looks nothing like your website and looks rundown and frankly a little scary. We asked several residents for help but none spoke English. This park has only seven (7) RV spaces surrounded by old trailers that look like low cost rentals. Still waiting for a refund.. read more

I'll start with the bad, then the good. The site where we were camping at, the sewer hook up didn't work properly. The connection was too high up and our hose wasn't draining properly so we had to go out several times per day to unclog our line. The staff was nowhere to be found. We went to the office yesterday twice and no one was in the office. Also, people live there it's an actual mobile home park. There is one shower and one working washing and drying machine. The two good things about the park are; it is close to the shops and there's a coffee shop down the way. There is also a private access to the oak creek with chairs and steps that reach the creek. The creek is beautiful. Also, since we were by the creek there were mosquitoes, so bring bug spray. read more

Managed by great people and has a nice laundry. We had a great experience here and had a nice picnic lunch next to Oak Creek. The shuttle bus comes right to the campground and delivers you anywhere in Sedona. This worked out very well for our two night stay. We would stay here again when in Sedona. We booked one night over President's Weekend because it was the only park that had an available pull thru and we were continuing south. I gave it 1 star only because of the location to downtown. We were the only non resident which says a lot considering it was President's weekend. The place is a dump. Shouldn't even be listed as an RV park because it is a run down trailer park. One small toilet, one small shower and 2 laundry machines. At 10:30 at night, the empty pull thru spots (2 on each side) were taken over by non stop cars coming and going. At 1:30 a.m. we called the police - never showed up. We felt very unsafe as it appeared to be a drug dealing operation. At 3:00 a.m. we pulled out. The reviews and website are so misleading. Please do not be fooled!!!!! read more

DO NOT DO IT! To begin with the road in and out is a very steep and very sharp turn in and out. The grounds are just yucky, and that is being kind. There are no provisions for pets, no safe place for a child to stretch out or move around. We booked two nights online and we pulled out as soon as we pulled in. Even knowing they were not going to refund a penny because they have a seven day prior cancellation requirement, it was worth every penny to leave and go up the road to Rancho Sedona. Even if it is the only place you can find close to Sedona I would still highly recommend staying somewhere further away and driving in To see Sedona. Mobile homes, and very old dilapidated ones, are the way this park makes its money. RV spots are not a priority and obviously very secondary. Unless you want to feel like you picked probably the least safe spot in Sedona, with cranky residents and worn out housing all around you, I would recommend you stay anywhere else. The lady in the office was pleasant and that is about the only nice thing I could say about the park. It would be my guess that they make more money on cancellations than actual stays, which would explain the seven day cancellation Requirement. If you pull in and see the same thing we saw, and hate it, your money is gone. Not even the residents in the park care for your presence. I obviously annoyed a man that had to wait for me to pull. Don't ignore the bad reviews, I have no idea who would've possibly wrote a positive review for this park. I've booked this park because I thought the Looked amazing, not because the low price point. But believe me driving away and leaving my $125 behind was a great decision that I didn't even have to think about. Trust me, you will be happier anywhere else read more

This place turned out to be better than I thought it was going to be. It's a great location, close to town and hiking trails. The rv/trailer sites are in the middle of the lot with permanent trailers/mobile homes on the perimeter. Pretty quiet with mature trees and the river right there. We did have a bad night with one of the locals coming home at 2am and partying outside until the sun came up. The laundry room requires an app on your phone @ $10 and there is only one very small bathroom with a shower. The exit is very steep. It took a lot of power to pull our 25' trailer up and out. read more

We gave Oak Creek one star because it is conveniently located right in Sedona. We gave one more star for the patio area that overlooks the creek. It was very relaxing to have morning coffee next to the creek. The park itself is in need of serious TLC and was extremely tight to get our rig in and out of. We didn't use laundry facilities and the shower/bathroom as they appeared to be very sketchy. Residents were nice and recommended a few local hikes. read more

Most of the spaces are old beat up mobile homes with cardboard over the windows that play loud music at night. You won't get a good nights sleep most likely. Loved to be in this peaceful, spiritual recharged and very nice place in general. Me and my husband enjoyed stay there ! For a couple days we get a chance to swim in cold healing water of the river in a mornings, and walking on top with a beautiful landscapes. Parking was fun too, we had so much fun Thank you! This is not an RV resort. There is no store, public shower or restroom, community events, and doesn't take huge rigs ... PERFECTION! Left to ourselves in the beautiful area of Sedona. What a wonderful find! Very few spots surrounded by long term residential trailers. People very nice and kind. The site was covered by mature trees and quiet. Laundry room was under construction but was completed the day we left. Looked small but clean and functional. Kinda a steep drive to go up the exit so we cheated and left through the less steep entry ramp. We were cooling off in the creek daily. Beautiful & quiet...we will return! read more

We had planned to stay at Oak Creek for one week but only 5 days before our arrival, a person was driving in our lane of traffic and hit up head-on, destroying our truck. We had no truck to continue our trip and had great difficulty even planning how to get our camper back to Texas frim California. I called as soon as I could to let Oak Creek know had to cancel our stay and they would only refund half of the full week's charges! Complete misrepresentation of what this "venue" is. It's a mobile home park that they rent out empty spaces to rv's. Staff is nowhere to be found, I do believe they were hiding in a mobile home and peering out the window. The website pictures are definitely not accurate. The park is basically a very old trailer park, with only 7 spots for RV's right in between all the very old single wide trailers. There was only one bathroom/shower that was so small it was difficult to even use. There is a creek and patio per the website photos however it runs along the backside of the single wide trailers, so while you can see the creek, the other side is overgrowth and cobwebs. The gravel makes it very noisy, dogs barking and people talking loudly into the night so very hard to sleep. We were so looking forward to our time in Sedona, but cut our stay due to the location, I have a hard time thinking this place would pass any type of health or safety inspections due to the lack of upkeep and maintenance, my fault for not reading the other reviews of this place prior to booking. read more

Approx 6 regular RV sites in the middle. I was in panic! We spoke briefly with 2 other regular RV customers . No one had realized it was a permanent old trailer park. That information is hidden. We didn't feel safe. No amenities! 1 dirty toilet & 1 shower . Saw no management . This is not just a park with " long term/monthly" visitors. Will never stay in this place again . read more

This RV park is in such a beautiful location! It's located right next to the creek and situated amongst a lot of trees, with views of some of Sedona's most beautiful red rocks! The owners/staff are also very kind and accommodating! So glad we came across this little gem. read more

Getting into and out of the place can be a little tricky too! Our hook ups worked but neighbors had electrical issues. No views of the canyons. Nice walk along oak creek was the bright spot! After travelling for too many hours, this park was mentioned to us from someone we had met in the Village of Oak Creek. I called ahead and there was room for my RV. Upon arrival, we went to the office and met the nicest person, Rachel, who was able to tell us all we wanted to know about where to visit in Sedona and the surrounding areas. The creek was amazing and there were chairs and tables outside to watch the stars and listen to the water running. We were only going to stay the night but with the service we got we decided to stay one more day. I like the fact that there is an RV Camp close to Sedona and out of the way that is friendly, good parking, excellent views and all around peace and quiet. Being able to come in after hours was a blessing also as we traveled from Colorado and were very tired and ready to settle in. Thank you Rachel and Oak Creek Mobilodge. I really don't know why this place has bad reviews , we absolutely loved it here!. The front desk was awesome and the neighbors were so nice . Yes some people live here and this happens in many campsites so what's the big deal?.We stayed last year and the reason I didn't want to give it any reviews was to keep this place a secret!. We are newbies to the RV scene, so when we were shown our spot with an RV outlet we did not have the proper attachment to hook up our electricity. I went to the office and although they had just helped us they had locked the door and closed the office, around 11:30 a.m. There was no water spicket and no bathroom or shower in sight. We didn't know what to do and my husband was creeped out by the old mobile homes that were permanently there so we left and found a wonderful RV park just down the road. They told us they had 3 other people left Oak Creek Mobilodge and came to them that day, so we weren't they only ones panicked by the lack of service and scary atmosphere. read more

Their website shows the creek, which isn't visible from your RV, and is not realistic to what the park actually looks like. Left after one night to a much nicer lower-priced park nearby.
