We got to see some outstanding acts this year (Friday, 2026) like The Strokes. Food and drink can get really expensive. Which is to be expected. My friends and I frequented the $5 mystery beer tent, which was often not beer, but tallboys of wine. Food could get pricey, but we were only there for one day, so we balled out. If you're there for the whole weekend and camping, you can bring plenty of your own food to help alleviate this cost. This was my second time going, first since 2019, and the magic was still there. It's kinda comforting to see people letting it all hang out. The kids are gonna be alright, I think. Weather seems to be a recurring issue for the festival. It was beautiful but a bit muddy the day we were there. I heard there were some rain delays and even more mud later on in the weekend. Some of this is par for the course. I do think they would be wise to pick a different time of year.
