We do not have that paper any longer, and getting access without it has been nightmarish. We are now selling the house and sadly will probably pay a pre-payment penalty, which honestly is worth it just to be done with F&M. The people in the bank on Dale road are nice enough, though the painful process following the loan origination are enough to keep me away from F&M permanently.
