They are mostly clean and easy to shop, with a few chaotic sections here and there. This one is inside of the 'newer' wing of the mall, and is one floor. I've found a few things here from time to time, they are good for accessories shopping for conventions where we want to dress up, or dapper day items. Staff is mostly only at the registers and they are just okay with friendliness. It feels mostly like they are just trying to get through the transaction and move on. Overall: B- An okay location with the regular merch and vibe you'd expect.

Uniqlo's online service sucks - you have to pay postage for returns and there's no exchange - so I rarely order online unless it's a collaboration t shirt like Pokemon or Ghibli. It's great to see that the mall continues to be very busy after so many years. That said, the Uniqlo here is rather small. When it's busy it's hard to walk between the aisles or browse around. The line for waiting room can be long too. Not to mention that their selection is more limited. The Uniqlo in Disney Springs is way more spacious, but parking and going through security is a pain too, so if we aren't in the mood for it, this is a good place to shop. No matter how many times I visit, their self check out continues to amaze me. You simply dump everything into the cube and it accurately runs up the total. Scanning item by item feels so antiquated by comparison. Pro tip: They offer free same-day alternations on pants and dresses.

Box lunch is more of a post shop with little sections. They catered to very specific fandom's. Sometimes there's a section dedicated to Harry Potter, sometimes there's a section dedicated only the Emperor's new groove. The sections usually change to what's popular at the time. It makes gift buying pretty easy if somebody enjoys one of those specialized niches.

Sometimes it's better going in store than it is to order online because of the clearance area alone. The store is clean and organized. It's a pretty decent size. I like how they have the lounge fly bags in one area so you can see the entire selection. Sometimes they'll have different theme bags and they are separate areas, but most of them are easy to find in one. Every time I go into the store I'm always greeted upon entering. The service is friendly and helpful. If you're at the mall I would definitely recommend in the store.

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Last year we went and they had Christmas flamingos. They had more this year. They also passed out Christmas bags with Simon mall logo on them. I would be back for this event. My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.
