Another attendant was able to help us, and find the brand we are looking for. They exactly had the Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, and it was at the regular price of about 35 dollars. We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands. My dad and I will be back to get more of the shaving cream when needed, and get upscale clothes when there are sales. Overall: A because the customer service is great here.

It's great to see that the mall continues to be very busy after so many years. That said, the Uniqlo here is rather small. When it's busy it's hard to walk between the aisles or browse around. The line for waiting room can be long too. Not to mention that their selection is more limited. The Uniqlo in Disney Springs is way more spacious, but parking and going through security is a pain too, so if we aren't in the mood for it, this is a good place to shop. No matter how many times I visit, their self check out continues to amaze me. You simply dump everything into the cube and it accurately runs up the total. There were some others displayed like Marie, Bambi, and Inside Out. I enjoyed the time I spent here browsing. The prices are extremely affordable and hard to beat. There are self checkout options and reusable bags available for purchase if you forget to bring your own. You must scan your receipt to exit. It makes gift buying pretty easy if somebody enjoys one of those specialized niches.

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.

They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! I'll gladly return to this store and may even suffer through traffic and parking just to come here.
