Being a woman it's always a toss up bringing my car in to a mechanic and bracing to be "talked down too" about what needs to be done. But not here! A&R respected me, understood that I already knew what I needed done and never tried to upsell me in anything. Their diagnostic check comes with photos showing you exactly what they find and they were so friendly going over everything with me on the phone and discussing what I should do in the future for tune ups without trying to push me into anything today. My battery terminals were replaced and my car was seen and repaired in about a 3 hour turn around! Pricing seems fair, repairs are never cheap and diagnostic prices are on par with dealerships. Someone scared of losing their only vehicle may fall for this trap, it's unethical and a terrible business tactic. 3. Yes you work in the elements like anyone else who CHOOSES to do so.
