We had a first few time zippers in our party, and the group, and at all times, my party felt SAFE! The guides make sure we were ALWAYS attached at all times (several straps) and followed the same process for each zipper, for each line. Also, my party appreciated the first "starter" lines to get us acclimated. For more experienced zippers, we loved the challenges (like touching trees and zipping sideways. This was worth every penny! I totally recommend tipping at the end in the gift shop if you feel so inclined.

This is a must have if you plan to hit a couple wineries, the police are out in force and this is much cheaper than a DUI. Derrick was our driver, he met us at our hotel and was actually early. Derrick knew a lot about the area, was very personable and professional. We knew where we wanted to go and he took us to those locations. After we went to Bell and Silver Oak, Derrick provided us with excellent suggestions and was even able to get our tasting comped and the wine club discount on purchases. On top of being nice and knowledgeable Derrick is in video production and brought his professional camera and took pictures of us, which he is emailing our way at no charge, he just likes taking pics. They also had cupcakes waiting for us at the hotel, classy touch. This really made our trip, I would highly recommend Concierge of the Valley to anyone.
