Concierge of the Valley was absolutely fabulous. My girlfriend and I were heading up to the Valley to attend the Silver Oak 40 yr celebration and visit Bell and others. We wanted a driver, while other companies offered very pricey car service, Concierge has knowledgeable drivers that will drive your vehicle for a hourly rate. This is a must have if you plan to hit a couple wineries, the police are out in force and this is much cheaper than a DUI. Derrick was our driver, he met us at our hotel and was actually early. Derrick knew a lot about the area, was very personable and professional. We knew where we wanted to go and he took us to those locations. After we went to Bell and Silver Oak, Derrick provided us with excellent suggestions and was even able to get our tasting comped and the wine club discount on purchases. On top of being nice and knowledgeable Derrick is in video production and brought his professional camera and took pictures of us, which he is emailing our way at no charge, he just likes taking pics. They also had cupcakes waiting for us at the hotel, classy touch. This really made our trip, I would highly recommend Concierge of the Valley to anyone. Also, if you like Cabernet, Bell is the spot to go, you need an appointment, but it is great stuff. read more

This entire process has been smooth from the get-go! Crystal was more amazing. She helped us re-route our entire day so it could be enjoyed with ease and we were able to squeeze everything in. Once Nicole arrived she was extremely accommodating.. Not only did she pack a cooler and set our music but she helped us call ahead for lunch to skip lines and got us everywhere on time and with a smile. What a nightmare! I am a wine country homeowner. I hired Crystal-Rose to manage my home for guests. She was supposed to manage house cleaners and help guests with wine country questions. She failed at both! Miserably. She told off several guests when they called with questions. She didn't supervise the house cleaners which resulted in poor cleaning, broken and stolen furnishings and fixtures. Then, she lied to me about going to my house weekly to double check on things. This crappy service resulted in bad reviews that all mention her by name, for my house which will cost me money for years to come, and cancelled reservations. Now I have to hire additional people to fix the broken fixtures that she already charged me for, plus the additional problems that guests identified and she never discovered. If you are a homeowner considering hiring her to manage your property, I suggest you find someone else. read more

I was planning to be in Napa in a rented home with friends and needed help in getting groceries in the house prior to arrival. Crystal to the rescue! Her recommendations were on point and superb, including a birthday cake bakery for a special milestone. Come the day, she made multiple pickups and had everything organized at the house before we got there. Crystal is knowledgeable, detail-oriented and a superb communicator who's super-responsive. Concierge of the Valley helped me plan a perfect wine tasting day for my best friend's bachelorette party. As anyone who has ever done this would know, this is not an easy task. Since I don't live in the Napa area, I had no clue on what wineries to go to, or how to make sure I got the best price for the limo. I found her through a friend who had used her for wine tasting in celebration of her graduation--which was another amazing day. Crystal was so helpful, came up with various options in order to pick the best suited option for our group. She quickly responded to any of my emails/calls. I gave her our price budget, and she was able to stay within the limit. She thought of all the details to make this a perfect day--including providing yummy cupcakes and champagne for us to enjoy--I'm not sure where exactly the cupcakes were from but they were delicious! This is my second time using Concierge of the Valley for a trip to Napa. Crystal arranged the same driver for us (Julia) from the visit. She again did not disappoint. She's very helpful, she was able to go buy us lunch during our free time and recommended a good winery where we could stop and eat our sandwiches.
