Sent my winter coat to cleaner mid-winter. It wasn't that dirty, just a little dingy on the frontside. Even though the front and back of the coat were both were the same light blue color, the front was still dingier than the back when I picked it up. Very disappointed. read more

I was hesitant to leave a poor review for a small business, but I feel like brides need to be warned - do NOT take your wedding gown here, even if you triple checked with the owner if she can clean your dress or not and she reassured you that she can. I attached a photo of the stock photo of my gown, a photo from my wedding, and photos of the MESS it became after they "pressed" it. Upon pick-up, I told the owner it looks like a piece of junk - so much worse than when I thought it in. Why did she reassure me that she could clean it??? I don't know how every silk organza panel of my dress became frayed after the pressing. It was as if they threw my gown in the wash and dryer. She offered me a refund, which of course I accepted. No compensation for damage. My husband said they should've tested a small spot before doing whatever they did to my gown, which they obviously didn't. I'm heartbroken. My dress reminded me of Cinderella's after her sisters ripped apart her gown, except unfortunately I have no fairy godmother to give me a new one or repair it. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. read more

I am now loyal to this dry cleaning location. I have had 4 formal gowns altered and plan on bringing many more items here in their future. The quality is great. I was very pleased with the end result. The woman reshaped items to fit like a glove which is exactly what I wanted. I bring dry clean only items here frequently. Moral lesson from my experience? You get what you pay for. I needed small alterations for my wedding dress, which it's not an exclusive dress but a simple white dress, since I won't have an actual wedding, but just a small wedding ceremony that includes me and my future husband. I chose this place based on decent yelp reviews, and since I needed the dress to be tightened one inch each side, I wasn't worried a lot, bc who can mess that up? Well... I came to pick up the dress after the week I left it, and didn't try it there, bc I was stupid enough to believe that they did a good job. I went home, and I saw two big stains on mu dress and the zipper was stuck so I couldn't even try the dress. I took it back, they didn't unzip the dress too, the apologized and said to come back after a week. I was like, no prob it happens. Well, yesterday I went to pick up my dress, when they saw me, they took the dress (I could see them taking the dress and going in the back of the store) I was waiting for 10 min and the lady came back, I could see that she just wants me out of the store. I asked to try the dress. I went in the dressing room, the stains on the dress still there, new zipper that is put so poorly and gives the dress awful look, and the stripes of the dress twisted so much, there is no way they can be fixed without a tailor's work. I stood in the dressing room and didn't know what to do. She opened the door and asked me if everything is okay. I said yeah, it's just the stripes are messed up and I don't know how to fix them. She took the dress and basically throw me out of the dressing room, bc another man was waiting to come in. I had tears in my eyes, but didn't say anything. I know I should have. I even paid in full the first time when I left the dress. So now, I have my wedding in 2 weeks and ruined wedding dress. I have no idea what am I going to do... I took my dress to another tailor, and even with the fact that now I have to give more money to fix the mistakes you guys did, you'll understand why I won't trust you with the dress again. Customer loyalty means nothing here, I had spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over several years even after their outrageous one time price increase of 66%. Intending to drop off a $20.00 plus order this morning - I asked for a simple (1 inch pocket hole repair) that any novice could run on a machine in less than 10 seconds, to be told by the owner - charge him $3.00. Any Service Oriented establishment would have said "oh easy, no charge". Only AFTER I picked up my order and walked out did the owner come after me in the parking lot and said, "oh I am so sorry I will do it at no charge. They must be doing very well nickel and diming their customers and don't need my business (weekly and going out of my way). Oh well. read more

Sadly to say I do come to this place to get dry cleaning, but dropped off a repair with parts in tow. It wasn't able to be fixed with my parts and was half way replaced with their parts. Charged me more and they kept my parts. When I asked to get my parts back, the lady kept saying she used "her" stock. Okay then I paid "more" she argued with me. read more

This place is everything you need out of the dry cleaner. They are nice to work with and clothes come out great. You certainly can't beat the price - $.99 for laundered shirts. they are also very accommodating when you need things quickly. Only small downside is that you have to pay cash if your total is less than $10 and you pay when you drop clothes off so come prepared. read more

Nothing special just your average cleaner and they could use a different person who encounters customers because if the woman who adversarially assaults you as you try to convey what it is you want them to do greets all customers in the way that she does it's a wonder they have ANY customers!
