They don't take military TRICARE dental insurance here! **I…read moreused to go to this dentist about three years ago. I was a patient here from the 2019 to 2022.. In that time, span the dental services were impeccable, a huge surprise, especially off after coming off of active-duty and seeing how the government takes care of your teeth in the military to this place was amazing to see there was such fine dental dentistry outside of the military. My wife and I made appointments to be seen here and had our teeth cleaned every six months. I had a few fillings filled here and often talked to the dentist about the type of procedures of modern dentistry that they use and was highly impressed with both Mr. and Mr. Dr. Stevens work. The process in which they take to photograph every tooth in your mouth bite wings x-rays you name it and then be able to produce a color, digital photo of your teeth that you can view in person there at your appointment and the dentist can point out things to look for on your teeth or concerns that they see that you can't see. I was a little overwhelmed by all of the TVs in each room, but I guess people like to watch TV while they're getting their teeth cleaned coming from the older times they never had these entertainment options in the past. Walking into the office, it was always clean. The ladies were always friendly and helpful at the front desk. They had complementary drinks while you're waiting for your appointment however, I never waited any longer than 20 minutes to be seen the wait times were very quick and the cleanings were very thorough.A I felt very comfortable coming to this dentist. Towards the end of 2022 when I was coming in for my annual check up, I was in the process of scheduling for a crown to be placed on one of my back molars after insurance it was $1500 out-of-pocket which I was happy to pay, considering the impressive work that this dentist office had already shown me. But before I was able to get my cleaning the end of that year; November. I was informed that they would no longer be taking TRICARE dental insurance. And they dropped me right then and there are like a bad habit. I was super bummed and scrambling at the end of the year to try and find dental insurance, especially when they said my cleaning would be $300 out-of-pocket. I haven't been back to a dentist in 3 years because it's hard to find a good quality dentist like these folks and when you build a dentist patient relationship it's hard to start over somewhere else. **Overall, this dentist office did really good work. All of their hygienist's were well trained and did good work as far as cleanings went. The dentist there did phenomenal work with fillings and everything else but since they no longer take my dentist insurance, sadly I can no longer recommend them based on the good experiences that I had at this office.

My appointment was at 8am. There were 5 of us waiting outside of the office 8:04am with the door still locked. The office is tiny and does not even have enough chairs for the amount of patients they schedule. The dentist himself walked through the front door at 8:06am. So unprofessional. After about 20 minutes of waiting they called me back to do panoramic X-rays. I just had panoramic X-rays done 4 months prior and had them sent from my previous office before my appointment. They stated they never received them so I had to do the leg work and call the office and send them myself. They then said oh your X-ray photos are not compatible with our system and they don't show a date on them, we have to do our own. I said no I refuse and walked out of my appointment and will never return. I left the office at 9am. Wasted an entire hour here for absolutely nothing.

I typically see Julia when getting routine cleanings, but have had other hygienists as well who are all fantastic. I have had a pretty extensive dental plan that the office has worked with me on scheduling for time purposes, as well as budgeting. I have had zero issues with paying the office only to have to fight tooth and nail (no pun intended) with the insurance company afterwards, which was an experience I had with my previous dentist. I've has procedures from fillings to crowns, all of which have taken care of my issues. Dr Patel is always clear and precise with instructions, and makes sure I am numb if there are any invasive procedures. He takes the time personally to call for follow ups, and just recently I had a tooth chip causing sensitivity. Even though most of the staff was off for Christmas holiday, he got me in today on my lunch break and the hygienist was able to fashion a temporary fix until the doc returns in January. Unlike the operatories at other offices I've been in, the dental equipment is hidden which allows the room to be pleasing to the eye. The office features amenities such as pillows and blankets to ensure you're comfortable. The operartories also have a TV on the ceiling to allow you to distract yourself while getting any work done. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor, one of the best that I have seen. Upon meeting him, he sat with me and we went through my X-rays and pictures that the staff had taken of my teeth. He was very thorough when showing me and explaining what was going on in the X-rays and pictures. He also explained the course of treatment and answered any questions I had.
