GolfTec offers the ability to view and record on video to help evaluate your swing while in training or during your practice. To say my experience at Chris Cotes was amazing would be an understatement. I originally was…read morereferred into Cote's for a club fitting and as an amateur I was quite nervous.The staff at Cote's made me feel so comfortable and helped me truly feel what clubs were best for me. It took several fitting sessions to find the best clubs and I finally feel confident in my swing! A few weeks after ordering my new set, my two year old driver broke (keep in mind I didn't purchase it through them). They went above in beyond to work with Taylormade to try and get it covered under warranty, but when Taylormade refused to cover it, Cote's decided to cover it. No big box store would have ever done anything close to this - I thought this kind of customer service was dead. I'm incredibly grateful to have brought my business to Cote's and will forever be a customer of theirs. The course was in great shape, with a highlight being the green complexes which are interesting and challenging. The driving range was also well maintained. The only negative aspect of the experience was a the pace of play. There were many single players which put a lot of pressure on our group of two, even though we were playing a scramble. Course: Pretty nice course, very hilly with challenging holes. Management: Some of the worst I have ever seen even for a public course. The tee times are too close together (8min apart). There is no starter on a Saturday afternoon and worse yet, no ranger to keep up the pace of play. It took us a little over 6 hours to play 18 holes...absolutely brutal. Overall: I would look at other courses in the area, you would expect more from an Arnold Palmer course, but it looks like they care about the name on the website more than the course and players.
